Updated review: This place has changed a lot. They expanded into the building off Glacier and have a great stage area. They are bringing in all sorts of acts from all genres. The line can get long for beers at peak times but the selection is good. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Lots of food trucks to choose from but sometimes finding a table is tough but only during peak hours. The patron is a good slice of what Redmond has to offer for better or worse. Definitely check it out if you haven't been in awhile. They even hosted a Latin Festival in April with speakers from latin owned businesses. I am happy to see they have grown and adapted as a business and made it through Covid.
Original review: The venue and staff are great. The patrons are not the best. Not sure if it's just me but the atmosphere just doesn't sit well because of the people that are drawn to this Tap house. Parking can be challenging especially if there is a band or show. Good selection of beverages but plan on waiting in line. The Saturday market is growing and drawing local artists but I can see how some are put off when there are armed 3%ers with their own both. I didn't mind but definitely draws less "big city folk". Good for the locals not so much for tourism and drawing...
Read moreUnwelcoming vibes from a lot of staff and patrons tbh. Friendliness was not at top of the list but they had a busy, busy night. Didn’t feel welcome to order more than one drink and find a seat in the way back, to watch a favorite band. Band then heckled the crowd bc the crowd couldn’t seem to pick up the beat. Some of the crowd wasn’t very friendly either, had an overall low vibe and band fled the stage early (after arriving late). Not enough chairs up close. Small front seating area overtaken by families at picnic tables. Band wanted crowd to rock out to their artsy ballads but had anyone proceeded to really get wild the 3-year-olds would’ve been trampled. Got screamed at just crossing the street after the event bc rednecks. Motorcycles revving engines in the middle of songs also led me to believe their parking setup isn’t great for concerts. Had a better time at a bigger stage there once, before the annex and parking spots were put in. Nice that they let families and dogs in. Maybe not what rock stars are accustomed to seeing. Guess I’m still sorting through being heckled by a favorite band lol Nice they don’t...
Read moreMy wife and I stopped here to see what food trucks were here, and we were pleasantly surprised to see 5 of them I believe. Among them were a hot dog truck, stir fry truck and a "philly sando" truck. We opted for the latter, and ordered 2 basil pesto chicken flatbread and fries. Delicious sandwich, lots of flavors from the char- grilled chicken and fresh basil. Fries were standard shoestrings, but the garlic aioli and fry sauce were both great. I think the fry sauce had some cayenne in it, as it had a perfect kick. We had our two dogs with us, so we strolled around while our order was made, and saw a very large, clean and well-organized seating area with fire pits, and another smaller seating area on the side with 4 or so picnic tables on grass for pet owners. This place is growing, and very family friendly, wheelchair accessible to all parts, with plenty of parking on the side streets. I highly recommend it for a small gathering, or just a quick lunch break...
