McDonald's — Restaurant in Redondo Beach

So this location no longer has breakfast all day which is what my friend wanted. It ends at 10:30. So we switched gears. I got a hot cup of coffee and Dang!! McDonald's has great coffee! And I mean 2 bucks?? Crazy. I am seriously glad I broke keto for a couple days because I got their little blueberry muffin. I only at a few bites because it was a bit sweet but hello I hadn't eaten anything sugar for 9 months. My friend got an apple fritter and coffee and loved it. I mean it is McDonald's you know what you're getting it is so easy. I had not been to McDonald's in years. They have a drive through love it. The people are friendly that work here. That goes a long way! So they have an i door to order from in case you walk or ride your bike. I may go back for a big Mac before I jump back on keto because ri haven't had in since childhood and the thought gives me some feels of this boy I crushed on that was addicted to the big Mac. I had another friend who could not drive by McDonald's because she would always have to stop for the big Mac of she saw one lol. True story. McDonald's is well classic. I really am thinking about some fries now. Ok that's all tha needs to be said right. Just go if you want to this location because its truly a nice experience and clean and fresh. So disappointed with the service we got at this McDonald’s today. My mother who suffers from IBS and bladder inconsistency wanted to use the restroom while she picked up dinner for her granddaughter. With the little English she knows how to speak she approached Evan to ask for the passcode to use the restroom. He not only didn’t acknowledge her while she was in line (the only one in line at that) he just stood there at the register looking like he hated his life and mumbled the code really fast. When she asked if he could repeat it he got really upset and with his hands basically told her to get out of his way and said really angrily “I don’t have a pen or paper to write down the code”. He didn’t bother to look for someone to translate or ask if someone could help her. Thankfully my mom was able to get the code from another very helpful and kind employee. I’m in disbelief on how someone could act so rudely. I know McDonald’s is better than this. I’m so sorry you hate your life Evan. Hope you’re able to find peace and happiness...

Rudest customer service. Google maps states store closes at 1 am. Drove in to drive thru at 12:40am. Manager saw my vehicle and did not acknowledge to let us know store was closed. Waited 10 minutes waiting for someone to take an order. Automated drive thru machine asked if we would be using the app to place our order which made the store seem as if it were open. I called store while I was in drive thru and manager did not answer, but I could see he was looking through the glass windows. As I drove off I called store once again and manager answered and was very rude. Refused to give me his name and told me he was on his way out to call back tomorrow morning to complain. He Stated store closed at 12 but online said other wise. Please update closing times online to avoid confusion. Also staff should be more respectful to customers and should advise whether the restaurant is closed or not. Rudest encounter coming...
