Offset Coffee — Restaurant in Redondo Beach

First time coming here. I always try to order unique items from a new place. They were out of the egg toast. Ok, I ordered the avocado toast instead. It came soggy, with like 1 sliced cherry tomato per side, and no greens. I asked them if I could get everything the toast comes with, and then they told me they’re out of greens too. I get running out of things, but for 13$ it’s honestly such a rip off. Especially not to be told, and to be sold a lackluster product missing half the ingredients for the same price. The espresso pull was no good either- you can tell the baristas just don’t give a F because they have a full house. When I ordered, the girl never said hello, and walked away once she punched in my order. Great quality coffee as always across all locations, however the service at this particular location is sub par. One server today in particular, a male server, was overly rude. I didn’t catch his name- though, he looked like he had one too many extra sugary matcha drinks. He was probably the rudest server I’ve ever come in contact with at a coffee shop in my life. Unfortunate because I really like this brands coffee, but this location I will no longer be going to. Sticking to the Torrance location, always the nicest service, which is absolutely dire for a coffee shop considering anyone can make coffee at home, or go to another one of 100s of specialty...

Offset not only has great coffee but their have herbal fruit teas and outstanding toast options to round out a breakfast or snack experience. There is a cool abstract mural on the wall and merch is available for sale. The vibe is industrial exposed beams but clean white paint and minimalist decor that is very inviting and relaxing. People are working, meeting, studying, and there is a nice buzz at busy times.
