The Craftsman - Brews & Bites — Restaurant in Redondo Beach

The Craftsman Bites & Brews in Redondo is officially one of my new favorite spots!

I went on Sunday for their BBQ event, and it was phenomenal. The vibe was laid-back but lively, outdoor BBQ setup, great crowd, TVs playing the games, and music that was perfectly on point. The food though… wow. The meat was incredibly tender, juicy, and full of flavor, and the sides were just as impressive, you can tell everything is made with care.

It really felt like a backyard BBQ with a professional touch, good food, good people, and a great atmosphere. The staff was friendly and attentive too, which made the whole experience even better.

Beer lovers will have no trouble enjoying the Craftsman. The draft selection is not your standard fare and the beer coolers with bottles and cans only expands the choices. We stuck to simple burgers and found them to be very tasty at a decent price, especially for our current times. The only knock is that it's a very small, loud, and casual dining experience.
