I’m not one to write reviews but it seems every time I go to this location I encounter attitude with zero customer service. From only one girl who works here who conveniently takes majority of my orders. Now I know mornings are busy after school drop offs and there’s a line. The wait is never the issue and I always understand they’re doing the best they can. But as I said, this has happened endless times. I put my order in this morning, the girl is less than enthused, you can hear it in her voice. I put my drink orders in I ask for two grilled cheeses, say please and thank you. Right as I say that she said “pull to the window”. Okay. I pull up pay for my orders. Get everything but my sandwiches. The guy is super polite as always and apologizing for something he didn’t do. I proceed to ask him who took my order and he gives me a name and tells me they’re backed up etc. Again, I understand. That’s not the problem. The problem is rushing so much to the point where you don’t want to hear customers full orders being given and sounding irritable when it’s happening. Because in return that’s just going to put off customers and we’ll end up driving the 15 minutes to go somewhere else. Which is inconvenient considering we have something here in town.
With that being said, take a breath and a moment to gather yourself. I know it’s overwhelming sometimes and you’re backed up with cars, but kindness goes a long way. As does customer service. Read moreI placed an online order roughly ten minutes before I arrived. Just one drink and one breakfast sandwich. I walked inside instead of the drive through due to not having time to wait in the drive through lane (I had to get to work). So I walked in and waited until my turn to let them know I was here to pick up. Only my drink was ready. So I waited another ten minutes for my sandwich and even after that my sandwich was still not ready. Already late for work I stayed a couple more minutes, but ended up leaving due to being late. I placed the order in advance so everything would be ready when I came in to pick up. I understand it gets busy and some orders get pushed back, but having placed the order ten minutes before I arrived should have been enough of a head ups that I’d be coming. Read morePlease do better at paying attention to what and how much your customers order. Two items were missing from my order today. I should have went back but i simply didn't feel like it. Customers should have their entire order when it is handed to them the first time. Mistakes happen but it happens often at this location where the taste of the coffee isn't quite right because it is not made the same as the last time, or the order isn't right.
