My experience in this store has been from alright to the worst honesty. I came in this morning and I told them I wanted to have the $40 and $30 prepaid plan. It seems like they knew what I wanted ( which was $40 for the first line and $30 for the second line bc there was $10 off promo) but when i got home, I realized they gave me the 3 gb 40 dollar plan for the first phone, but the second phone only have 500mb. At this point, I'm like okay, maybe I didn't explain correctly because English is not my primary language, so I went to the store again to ask the staff in the store to help me change the plan. So my dad drove me to the store again, and I asked them to help me change it.. But the staff told me they couldn't and the only way to change it was through reaching for customer service, and so I tried to call the customer service numerous times, and of course there was no one to answer my call. At this point I just gave up, and since I have work in like 40 mins I had to literally run back to my working place because we have been in the store for almost 2 hours and my dad had to leave first for work. When I got back home from work, and did some research on how to change the phone plan, and it turns out all I had to do was log into the Verizon website with my primary account and change it, literally 4 clicks..... AND you told me you can't help...

I am taking my 5 stars away.
I bought the Samsung S10 with a trade in of $200 for my old phone back in September. The $200 would be split up and would be a credit spread out over 24 months and deducted off my monthly bill.
Unfortunately, my original receipt was not filled out correctly and my trade in amount was not included on it. Went back to store when I received my 2nd bill. I was told to wait for 3rd billing to see credit. Got my 4th bill and still no credit.
I went back to talk to the manager, Nicole about it. She said she could not find that promotion and because it was not on my receipt, she would not honor it.
I was so upset that BeMobile did not help me and wasted 4 months. So when I got home, I called Verizon's 800 number. Within 5 minutes, the lady found the promotion that was offered at the time I bought the phone and she credited my account.
BeMobile lost my business. More interested in selling phones, but not honoring promotions...
Read moreI got a plan with them in November. The gave me a plane that they said my first 3 bills would be high but I would a refund $732. I got $366 not the $732 that I had in writing on my contract and my bill was still $40 to high. Called them got told the by lady that the paper work was not sent in because the person that sold me the plan sold a plane that that store didn't offer. They said they had to get a manager to look at it. So I came in with my contract. They said I was wright that they would fix it. It would take 3 months and they would back pay the amount I over payed. 3 months go by still have a bill $40 to much and no refund and back pay. Each time I called corporate and finally they took charge and made it wright. I got almost $700 back from back pay and the rest of my rebate. I would not recommend them to anyone. I didn't know that I couldn't deal with corporate until I provided that they would not do anything to make it right. It is a shame that I as a consumer can not turn them over to collections. They have all the power and we as consumer are at the mercy of them hopefully doing...
