If I could give them a negative review I would !!! We live here and have given them sooooo many second chances , more then anyone would in their circumstances. For one we had stopped going because they never seem to get potatoes cooked right , either soggy or undone as today's tater tots were cold . Also my husband ordered me a French dip and when called up there they said would have it ready but when got up there they said it didn't come with dip !!!!!!! They said no charge for it since I had to come back . I was sooooooo mad I couldn't speak because if I had I would have let them have a war of words .Everyone else got there's but yet I have to go back while mine gets cold . And the taters again undercooked !!! People it's not that hard to cook potatoes, also when dining in they served my mom what she didn't even order !!!!! There is so many times they said they will make it up to us when we come in next time but they never do . We today left a 20. Tip and still had to go back , we always leave 20 but never get service or the food right. I have tried to support this local business by giving them many second chances ordering pies for church and giving them business but it's very clear to me they Don't want our business or our tips . Summer is here shortly so I know they won't miss my business or tips that I thought was genuinely generous especially for the kind of service we get .never less then 20. And today they also charged 2 and something service charge !!!!! Don't know when they started that but doesn't matter as will never go back . There is plenty of businesses who do appreciate our business and like our tips and they always always get the food right .I don't know why they hate us sooooooo much or don't appreciate our business or tips but they are consistent in messing up our food so that's the only reason I can think is why they are doing it as no one in the food business is that unprofessional. It smells very yummy coming through the door, the place isn't terribly busy right now though everyone seems to be pleased with what they're having at all of the occupied tables. The menu is populated with a little bit of something for everyone though I would probably not come here looking for a vegan selection. There are 3 of us choosing a variety of things from the menu. Regina, who is super friendly and laid back, is our server today. Apparently, the awesomely sweet smell coming through the door was from Regina making house waffle cones (which are really sweet and tasty as well). At my table everyone is satisfied with the food quality with everything being full of flavor and quite filling. The service is comfortable in an environment that is welcoming of my sensory issues (I don't wear shoes) and accepting of the presence of my service animal under the table (you'd be surprised how often I run into trouble due to these 2 medical/disability related issues). The cleanliness of the establishment is also very inviting. For a tour of the Oregon Coast starting your day north of Brookings (perhaps from camping the night before) this is the place to stop for breakfast even if it's lunchtime by the time you get here. The prices are very reasonable, portion sizes generous, service is friendly and accommodating and they serve excellent breakfast options all day. Say hi to Regina and show some love when...

We came into the restaurant on saturday Oct 12, We were immediately greeted and told pick anywhere and sit down we will be right with you. We sat at a table on the far end of the restaurant. we were greeted again and given menus and water and told i’ll give you all a moment and i’ll be right back. Now it was 2:35 in the afternoon and there was 1 other table a 8 top. 2 waitresses 2 or 3 kitchen staff. 23 mins later we still had not had anybody come over to us and ask if we would like anything else to drink nothing. At this point 4 or 5 other tables had come in and we were not even checked on. when it hit 23 mins without even putting an order in we got up and left. As we were walking out waitress said i was coming to get your order, I said ok. We’re gonna go elsewhere. She apologized and I told her worst service over seen in 20 years. We used to eat at this restaurant weekly with work clients. Go elsewhere on the coast they are overpriced and the owners and staff don’t care anymore and it’s evident when you walk in to this establishment. Sad...
