We needed oil for our vehicle and all the extra things for riding in winchester Bay and a Napa employee blocked the road. If I can't park back there with my truck and trailer so I can then spend money at the establishment then I guess we will have to take our money else where. It's infuriating to block off a public accessible road. After waiting and hoping someone would move, we went inside and an older gentleman said the vehicle was his and that they don't want people pulling through, that's why he blocks it. To be honest we were shocked as we only pulled through there to go into their store and purchase parts and oil. He did move his vehicle only to then block in another truck and enclose who was behind us. Then we watched them go up to him asking him to move so they could get through. I thought maybe it's private property, then after looking at zoning it showed it's a public road owned by the city. Riding groups are giant families, word of mouth is the quickest way to ruin a business. I hope Napa sees this and makes the road clear again. We are bringing business from all over.
