Up date! Approxomatly one year later I ordered a Super Nachos and once again I say YUM! Great people, great food, and great prices. So glad they are here in Reedsport, my fav place to eat and have NEVER felt over charged or under/ over cooked in in twelve years. Can't beat that in today's world of dining out!🌵🪴🍅🌶️🍋🥭🍊🧄🥑🌮🫔🍤🍧🍽️🍽️🍸🍷🍺

Update! 5/25/2024 My Birthday. Let me sing the praises I have for this tiny LOVE FILLED FAMILY EATERY... 🪇 Today was my 70th Birthday. I had plenty of choices for that special meal, and none mattered like my " Super Nachos Shredded Beef style! But today when my friends delivered it to me there was an additional box, the meal was on the big oval plates filled to the brim with Mexican Splenda! I paused curious since this is what I always ordered...but, to MY GREATEST SURPRISE WAS BIRTHDAY BURRITO FILLED WITH COCONUT ICE CREAM, topped with chocolate drizzle and a ton of whip cream rolled and smoothed over under a hidden surprise treat! OMG I just burst into tears over their tenderheartedness . This year I was told about a mean little Cancer. "Endo". I hadn't chosen to post my little monster's presence, but with way too many businesses taking from their customers I chose to show how this tiny group of people chose ON THEIR OWN to touch my heart, MAKE MY sad, rough times, enable me a 70 year old pretty much alone woman feel so loved and cared for on maybe my last Birthday. Thank you Sweeties! May God Bless you all for this moment I shall ALWAYS share with others and remember until... Wow! Just when a person thinks there are no Americans who love their jobs, love their town and truly humble and care about an 'ol grumpy sort like myself, brings me to tears! Thank you all so so much. Love it. Baja style Mexican is great. Family run by really friendly people will treat you very respectfully. A must try is their Rellenos! The egg is made into a crepe - which enrobes the cheese stuffed Anaheim Chile and served with a flavorful sauce. I love how the relleno flavors burst through without all the deep fat oil! And they solved the old predicament of 'old rellenos' - as all mexi restaurants cook up the day's anticipated use of rellenos in the AM. Most diners maybe have never had a fresh Relleno.....well, they should! It's delightful! Another treat is the Mexican Cabbage Slaw served with the obligatory Salsa and Chips. (BTW the chips are served fresh & warm). The Salsa is fantastic and the spiced cabbage gives your chips and salsa an added flavor crunch. Unusually their beans and rice are some of the best I've ever tasted! Not a flavor to knock your socks off, but subtle rich creaminess with the beans, and the rice a nice south of the border flavor. Unlike most rice that I've had at other, restaurants that was like chopped up cardboard or greasy filler on the plate. For lunch and dinner they have their Combinations that offer enticing pairings, some with three! And they have Mariscos! Seafood. Maybe best of all, the make their own Margueritas! Oh so tasty! Not cheap, but fantastic quality! It makes all the difference in the world by using fresh...

Oh my God... the food is the bomb! Exploding with flavors, kick up a notch service, the plates arrive HOT so don't touch the plates when your food arrives. Guy Fiera might say the food is ridiculous! Good way! I had the # 6 with beans, rice and cheese... green chilie releno wrapped in a soft tortilla. The fresh chips and salsa delicious! I had another day; 26 August, Sunday... Brunch and mid-afternoon... Burritos. First tried the Veggie... excellent! I loved it especially the guacamole! Second burrito was a chicken burrito! All fresh especially the pinto beans... as if the cook had known I would visit twice today! I recommend anyone and and everybody to at least try everything on their menu! Combination plates are to die for! Once you try it even if it's your first time... you will be hooked!!! Thanks again for your time and...
