I’ve been drinking iced white chocolate flavored espresso Americano style since 2008. We get coffee EVERY morning and sometimes at night. My husband and I just moved here. We’ve been going to Bestie Brew for my Americano and my husband’s Peach energy drinks. Today, I ordered hazelnut at Bestie Brew in Reedsport. It tasted like lukewarm water. This drink was absolutely unacceptable. We had to take it back. The service was no bestie service today either :-( It was so so bad… As a consumer it’s not unreasonable to expect for your service to come as ordered and preferably with a smile. This is double true if you tip and we always do. They lost a daily customer today.
As an avid consumer of espresso and espresso service we recommend to save your money and go to Reedsport coffee. The side window is a drive up and she was super friendly :-) the coffee from Reedsport Coffee was just shy of perfect. Bestie Brew ($) ended up on the side of the road.
3 star review: Bestie Brew has 2 great baristas that provided great coffee and exceptional service! However, this 1 exceptionally poor performance barista is too much negativity to have to deal with...
Read moreShould be minus 5 stars! Stopped by here several time in past but won’t be stopping here again. Too hot. So hot that after driving south on 101 for 15 minutes I lifted my cup to check to see if it was cool enough yet to drink. My left thumb slipped off the cozy and an immediate it had a blister so tried to put back with my right hand and the lid flew off and coffee was everywhere . Instantly casing blistering. No way in car to put in cold water or ice so hung out window in cold air. Both hands terribly burned. Took video and pictures as nothing I could do until Coos Bay where I stopped to get aloe and ice packs. All to be told it’s my fault as I didn’t know to ask for ice! No offer of another coffee will make this better. Have no idea how many others have been burned or will...
Read moreThis morning, we were passing through town and just wanted some good coffee. While waiting in the drive-up line, my husband accidentally put an item of trash into their only open refuse bin (the can wasn’t labeled, and their other bin was padlocked). I guess it was their recycling bin? Anyway, an employee stalked out, and rudely demanded he pull it back out. There was no offer to redirect us to the right trash bin…nope, just 100% attitude. Needless to say, we drove away and didn’t buy a thing.
Hey there, “besties,” here’s a few business tips: 1) Be nice. 2) Help your customers out 3) Unlock your trash can 4) Don’t embarrass people trying to give you business 5) Don’t be jerks 6) Live up to your...
