Normally I don't have a problem with this location, but tonight (10/13/25) I had such a bad experience it needed to be noted.
Attempt #1: In the drive-thru I ordered two items: a 9pc Steak Nuggets and a Steak Sandwich no pickles. I get my bag, I don't check it, get home and the only thing in the bag is a single Roast Beef sandwich. Normally I'd just suck it up and eat the food without complaint, but this was a meal for two people, so the fact that we received both the wrong item and not the correct number of items ordered meant I had to go back to the restaurant.
Attempt #2: I go back to the location, tell the person at the counter the situation, at this point they're apologetic and offer to get me the correct items. I get the new bag, start to leave and (thankfully) decide to check the bag before getting in my car and driving home again. I say "thankfully" because once again, there is only a sandwich in the bag. I checked it and it was a Steak Sandwich which was one of the two items I ordered, but I'm still missing the Steak Nuggets. So I turn around again, and at this point I'm no longer hiding my frustration and tell the person at the counter that the order was for a Steak Sandwich with no pickles AND a 9pc Steak Nuggets. They then said, "Oh you didn't get those?" to which I reminded them that the ONLY thing I received the first time was that incorrect Roast Beef Sandwich. They say they'll get it for me. At this point I go to use the rest room while I'm waiting, and when I come back out I hear them talking to someone else about, "Don't lie about what I put in the bag."
.... Are you kidding me? They messed up TWICE at this point and are gonna badmouth a customer and say I'm lying? Ok. Fine, whatever. I don't even say anything about overhearing that because at this point I'm starving and just want to get home to eat dinner with my spouse, who told me not to bother leaving a review about this because every other time we've eaten at this Arby's we have had no issues.
Attempt #3: So I take the bag with both the Steak Sandwich and the Steak Nuggets and go home. I sit down to eat, take two bites of the sandwich......AND THERE'S PICKLES ON IT. Three attempts at getting this order and it's still wrong.
The staff needs retraining in...
Read moreFirst things first - Arby's isn't fast food.
It falls somewhere between fast food and casual dining, so it wouldn't be fair to expect orders to come out at the same speed as, say, McDonald's or Taco Bell.
When I place a substantial order, I expect to wait around seven to ten minutes to receive it. The more I order, the longer I expect to wait. That said, the food quality at this location is consistently excellent. My Jalapeno Bites were crispy and melty, my curly fries were fresh and crunchy, and even though their 2 for $6 promotion has changed, the Greek Gyros are as delectable as ever, and still a heck of a lot cheaper than Niko's!
The staff is friendly, personable, and accommodating. I ordered Liger Shake by name and they knew exactly what I wanted - chocolate drizzle inside the cup, filled up with orange cream shake, and topped with whipped cream and more chocolate stripes.
For a while, I avoided coming in the day time because the management was missing in action and there were never any managers working with the rest of the team to get orders out, so food was never as fresh as it could be. I had no complaints with the evening staff, but today I was delighted to see that Roxy and Jessica had both returned! And, boy, could I tell a difference!
Everything was fast and delicious, the dining room was spotless, and everyone's attitude was much improved. I'm glad to see this location returning to its roots and it's clear to anyone with eyes that the glory days of the Last Arby's Standing have come again.
They even had Arby's sauce this time!
I highly recommend this location to anyone with a few minutes to spare. If you're in a major hurry, Wendy's might be a better option for you, but if you're willing to wait for quality, this Arby's can't be beat.
Their pecan chicken salad is back, too, along with the "Triple Decker" Market Fresh sandwich -- my new favorite item. They also have the best onion rings in town, bar none. Now all they need is draft beer and we'd really be in business!
Stop by Arby's the next time you're hungry around the Northtowne area and tell Roxy and Jess that...
Read moreThis place had more employees than customers and they were all standing around, loitering. Took them 10 minutes for one of them to turn around and look at me and take my order.
They had several orders sitting on their back counter ready to go but they wanted to stall and have them get cold before handing them to the customers. They also had several trays sitting empty with nothing but the customers' name on a receipt for over 20 minutes.
An employee asked the lead if he wanted her to take some orders. He said we'll need to wait until they got 2 more orders out which was ANOTHER 10 minutes and another customer was left standing there staring while the employees were standing around.
Their shake machine was supposedly out of order. They ran out of sauce. I ordered a Beef-n-cheddar and got a dry sandwich that I could have gotten for 2 bucks less.
One of the customers complained about the wait and he was told to leave and they didn't want to issue a refund without an argument.
I've been eating at Arby's since i was a little kid and this was the worst experience I've ever had with ANY...
