Read this one! The manager tried to fight me today. I pulled in today at 1:30 p.m. to get lunch. After a while of sitting at the drive-thru speaker I said, hello. Got back a snotty voice thing we're not serving any more food today sir. I replied you might want to think about putting a sign out here so people don't waste their time sitting at a closes drive through. The answer I got back was, well excuuuuse me! I went inside to talk to the manager about it. when I got inside the manager told me that she already knew what I was there for and I could just leave. I asked why they close the drive-thru in the middle of the day and acted like I'm the bad guy. They explained that they had worked with no brakes. I replied to that is no reason to disrespect the customers. Is that point the girl from the drive-thru started acting like she was going to climb over the counter and fight me. She said I was disrespecting her. I told the manager that this is exactly why I'm here this little girl is being disrespectful. then the little girl really wanted to fight me in the manager in the little girl started fighting each other in the kitchen at Burger King.
When I came around the building the manager was outside already yelling at me. I stepped out of my car and asked if she was indeed the manager and why she was so unprofessional. The lady walked over to the trunk of her car and started pulling on the trunk handle. She said I wish you would walk up on me I've got something for you. I almost got shot for a whopper.

Read moreThis was one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had at a Burger King. It took over seven minutes just to place our order at the counter, no one was working the front counter only drive thru, we were first in line. Order grilled chicken and was told they were completely out of all chicken items. There was one homeless guy pacing the floor waiting for his food and one customer after us. NOT BUSY AT ALL. It took over 20 minutes to get our food, when I went to the counter they finally gave me our food and I had to ask for a missing coffee drink. While waiting we notice how dirty the tables, seats and floor were. Once we received our food my wife take one bit of her burger and mentioned it had an odd taste and the bun was hard. I was eating my whopper and noticed something odd looking out the side of it, removed a large chunk of lettuce that was moldy/mildewed, Took it to the counter and asked if they normally serve food like this and was told by a manager, well we just take it out of the tray and put it on the buns. They did not say or do anything for us. There were about five or six people working this Burger King at the time and just my wife and I sitting in the dining area. Also noticed the manager eating french fries out of the tray. When I started taking pictures one girl cleaned up behind the counter in the kitchen area. We will never go back to this Burger King and if we do go to a Burger King we will check it out before we ever place an order again. We had stomach issues later...
Read moreThe food was great, but the service was absolutely terrible! My fiance and I stopped off at this location because the food smelled great! What we were not expecting is rude service from Ashunda the Assistant Manager for the day of 12/31/2020. We pulled up to the drive thru to place the orders. I was trying to explain to Ashunda that we had two orders because we had two separate coupons on our Burger King Apps. After I placed the first order and advised Ashunda there would be a second order Ashunda said "ma'am you only have 2 minutes per vehicle to place an order." I explained to Ashunda that this was coming from the same vehicle and Ashunda said "ma'am you have a long line of cars behind you." Instead of Ashunda allowing me to finish my orders in a timely manner she proceeded to interrupt me and waste time explaining her company policies. When I asked Ashunda if I could continue with the second order she said (with an attitude) "ma'am proceed with your second order." It took me less than 30 seconds to pull up the coupons on the BK App and read the codes to Ashunda, but she chose to be rude to me and waste time arguing and explaining the company policies instead of simply taking my order. I still stand by BK but I recommend placing your order with a much less...
