This location is the worst, and it’s very unfortunate that this is the only one in this area. Right when you walk in you’re met with an annoyed staff member asking specifically for left arms, my 1 and 7 year old obviously don’t know the difference and staff was impatient about it! All play structures are gone, and there are only the arcade games left, so if you have littles, this is not baby/toddler friendly. Food is extremely expensive, wait times long and when you need a fork, extra ranch, etc you will be met with a scoff or eye roll. You will also notice the days worth of tables used, as no one seems to go around and clear off tables and clean up. The overall atmosphere here is saddening and after a couple visits we have decided we will not be returning. This is overall and over stimulating yet underwhelming experience. I’ll be taking my kids to other local arcades, and kid friendly spaces, because this is not it.

My grandson had a blast. This was his first time at Chuck E. Cheese and it couldn't have been any more perfect. I love that they have unlimited play cards that can be recharged. Anyone who has a toddler knows they lose interest pretty quickly so having the unlimited pass was awesome. If he didn't like a game or lost interest, no big deal he would just run to the next game. I wasn't cringing that I just wasted tokens on a game he didn't play. The food was okay, I feel it was way overpriced for the amount and quality but really we didn't come for the food 😀 we came to have fun and fun was had lol

I’m not the type so do reviews but I absolutely love this place , and the people who work here . The staff works SO hard ,and they are incredibly sweet ,so good w the kiddos I was there for my sons birthday today and our host was doing multiple things , still came to check in , and she even hyped my son up after a little fall and cry he had , this isn’t the only lady who has been so kind to my son here they all do an amazing job and make the fun environment an even better place ,10/10 recommend for parties or just some daytime fun 😌

We were very frustrated during our visit. We booked a party to start at 10am. I made sure to read all the fine print to be prepared for the event and to ensure there were no surprises. I was a little suspicious when I booked my reservation that there was no follow up confirmation call or email that provided a direct contact for questions specific to our reservation. All emails and links were generic links to the franchise website. When calling you are connected to a franchise phone tree that will give you a different number to then call the local facility directly. Still, I was unable to even get a hold of someone to ask questions. The facility is scheduled to open at 10am but our party booking and confirmation instructions said that we should plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to our reservation (see attached clip from my email confirmation.) So that's what I planned. I planned to use the time to blow up balloons and set up my decorations (like most children my child wanted a theme party.) Well, we arrive the morning of the party and we are told through a cracked door that the facility doesn't open until 10am. I explain that we have a party and planned to set up and check in as instructed in our party confirmation. The staff member then left to go check with the manager only to return and say that the manager says we cannot every the building until 10am... The manager never even came to talk to us. Instead, they left their teenage staff member to handle the situation. So as a result, we were left blowing up balloons and setting up our decorations as our guests arrived. It was an awful start to our party. I felt unprepared and disorganized. If you are looking for a cookie cutter generic party then sure go there but if you are looking for a pleasant less stressful party I would recommend you go somewhere else. Hopefully somewhere you can at least trust the information you are given upon booking your party. Long story, long, the party from there on went okay. Food took forever. The kids were desperate to play but were asked to wait at the table for the birthday song. Cake was served 15 minutes prior to the end of the party time. No time to even think about opening presents. We also had to hunt down the other half of our cake from the character stage where it was left after the party staff served the kids. The party was chaotic but that's pretty much to be expected from a place like Chuck E. Cheese. I did talk with a manager, who we watch arrive as we were waiting to enter the facility, I provided her with my feedback but I doubt anything will change....

I haven't been here in a while and just went last week, I like the changes they made! I love the play card because if you go anywhere now you will get a play card, coins are so 90s lol. Secondly I like that they removed the tubes, public tube play areas are the worst for germs anywhere since they are not manintence often which always results in sick kids after a day of fun, kids can have accidents (speaking from experience not my own but witnessing) in them and with the flu, colds and meningitis going around I am very happy they got ride of the climbing tube area! They did install a huge ride on which you have to take stairs to get to it's adorable! The toddler section is great my son also loves the train ride as well! And we had no issue with the woman walking around giving out free plays to games and rides (this was a Saturday don't know if it's only on weekends this happens?) I think they needed this upgrade and we will be coming here for my 2 year olds birthday next week!😊

And now on to the food, well they are no pizza plus but it's ok and considering it's geared towards children the pizza fits the place, if you don't like it the salad bar isn't bad and they have other options which I haven't tried. no real issues but the time waiting for the pizza which they say if you don't get your pizza in 20 mins to u get a free dessert, either way by the time the kids got to the table (which I had to force them to) the pizza was there next time I will time it. You get free drink refills so that is another plus!

The staff: I didn't have much interactions with the staff members besides getting in, ordering and the woman giving free plays. The man at the prize counter was nice but was pulled to do cashier so there was a wait after each person.

Sometimes it can get very crowded and the heat was turned up a bit too high, but we just try to come when it's not so crowded. On a weekend get there right when they open and by noon to one they will be packed that's just the way it goes. Same goes for the discovery museum it's worse than chuck e cheese on a busy day, yet all places get crowed especially during winter.

They are also starting a two hour early play before they open just for special needs /sensory sensitive children, unfortunately it's only the first Sunday of each month, if they increase it to every Sunday that...

I have came to this location every week for the past 5 Year’s spending thousands of dollars. This place is a joke. The management doesn’t know the first thing about managing. 1.) the pizza was brought out still cold when complained I was told my pizza would be complementary the following week which it was but gave me rude attitude. Then the next week the pizza was misssing the toppings and god forbid someone complaines about there pizza. Thinking I’m looking for a free pizza when I have spent thousands of dollars at this location over the last 5 Year’s, and which I’m well known at. My last issue is the game cards I had paused my card while eating then after went to use the card and said the time was expired when asked manager Christi about the card she verified it was paused and never played a game after so it should still have the remaining time on it which was 30 min but there was nothing she could do for me when I asked to talk to store manager that’s when I was introduced with Jamal he also refused to fix there card issue and then goes as far as 86’ing me from this location. So I left but of course this has been my kids spot every week for past 5 Year’s so you could Imagine how devastating this was to them. Well with the money I have spent at this place and the horrible service I received I was not stopping there so I reached out to the corporate head office which then I was told I was not 86 from this location and I could return so when I did then of course I was greated by Christi again which told me I had to leave or she would be calling the cops when I told her corporate had gave me the okay to come back she told me she had no way of verifying this and I had to leave right then and she refused to give us our 1800 tickets we where owed. Keep In mind I never acted irate I never acted out of line never raised my voice never did any of the things you would think in order to get 86 from the property the management and store gm or whatever Jamal’s job title Is is a joke and I can guarantee with managers like this the store will be closing it’s doors within 6 months doing business like this. I would like to hear back from corporate and know what will be done to address...
