Port of Subs — Restaurant in Reno

I went to port a sub for lunch It was the best food I have had in a very long time, as soon as I came in I was greeted and it was sincere and welcoming the place was very clean. The customer Service was excellent and real. You never see that kind of service anymore , I was a customer not a number the employee's were excellent. Maylyn and Blanca made my food it was fresh and it was real good, they were very respectful. Convenient and pricey. That's how I would describe this Port of Subs in two words. I like the big open space inside and it looks clean when I come in, but I have to say sometimes it takes a while for an employee to acknowledge you. Furthermore, they hand off your order to another person - and they keep asking you what you wanted. Their selection of vegetables is small - not like Subway. I did enjoy the sandwich but a medium is only about 6 inches. Plus the price is way too much for that size. I recommend coming here if you don't feel like driving somewhere else and...

They're never busy when I go there. The food is always fresh, looks delicious. Best sandwiches in town.

The staff is always friendly, fast, they know what they're doing and they do it with precision.
