We were warmly welcomed by Mario, whose smile and knowledge made ordering a breeze. He was helpful, kind, and genuinely proud of the food. That kind of human connection? It makes a huge difference.
I had the Anticuchos—yes, grilled beef heart—and let me tell you: this dish is a treasure. Super tender, perfectly charred, rich in flavor. It came with a rocoto sauce that lit up my taste buds and classic Peruvian potatoes that soaked it all in beautifully.
She had the pollo a la brasa—rotisserie chicken—juicy, tender, and paired with an incredible salsa pollera that balanced heat and creaminess like a dream.
Chef Robert Caballero is the force in the kitchen, preparing everything with love, precision, and pride. His sauces aren’t just condiments—they’re part of Peru’s soul, bottled into flavor.
Simple food, big heart, unforgettable meal.

Read moreAs a Peruvian, I’m picky when it comes to my country’s cuisine, but I was happily surprised with this spot! I went in a little late and got the last pollo a la brasa (rotisserie chicken) with the fries and salad. I was a little worried it would be dry bc it was chicken breast AND the last one of the day but it was SO good and flavorful! Their sauces were really yummy too (mixing them is the best) Anyway. I will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu...

The other day I just wanted to introduce my BF to try Peruvian food and it was terrible. First off the food were too expensive for lomo saltado and chicken fried rice has a weird taste. I won’t back I don’t like to leave a bad review but the food wasn’t good for the price...
