The staff are so friendly and helpful! Beautiful shop with the most delicious food, they even have manga to read! They have a variety of ramens to choose from, from hearty pork-based or chicken-based broth to vegan and vegetarian options! You can even choose every ingredient to build your own bowl of ramen! They also have lucky chicken and lucky cat beer as well and Oishii sake by Japan's beloved Marumoto brewery! Truly something for everyone here- I especially love their chicken Bao, topped with apple kimchi! I also had the traditional Tonkatsu ramen with Udon noodles instead of ramen noodles- SO FLAVORFUL AND RICH! The people working here were very friendly and gave good service. The vegetable broth lacked any flavor or depth. The tofu on top of the ramen was very tasty which was a direct contrast to the flavor of the broth and noodle. The broth was supposedly a miso base but to me it tasted pretty much of nothing. I enjoy miso, I enjoy vegetable broths I did not enjoy this broth. The tofu bao was okay although in my opinion unbalanced. They asked if I wanted it to be spicy or sweet. What I received was tangy and sweet with in overwhelming amount of sauce which I did not enjoy. One star for the service and one star for the tofu on top of the ramen. So two stars...

Really small portions for how expensive it is. You get your ramen in a tiny little paper bowl which accounts for why the portion sizes are measly. Half of my noodles were stuck together in a giant clump or stuck to the pathetic paper bowl. The tiny plastic utensils were also a huge let down. I’ve had better instant ramen honestly. Staff are friendly enough but that really doesn’t matter to me when the food is a giant let down. It’s a shame because I was really looking forward to this place.
