When I stepped foot in this Jersey Mikes, specifically this location, I’d felt an embracing feeling I haven’t ever experienced in my entire life. I was hesitant to make a public rating on this place in hopes that it’ll always stay the peaceful lunch or dinner I know it to be. But time and time again the hard workers of this Jersey Mikes always welcome me in with compassion, make conversation, express their care for me, and make me feel such joyous emotions and full of laughter. I can’t run the risk of knowing that if something ever happens to me that I never shared this message with the world. The person in charge of the stores operations, I believe his name is nymar or something like that. Myral… anyways this kid has a passion for his store and the brand, and I see him working hard in there. He kept me up for a couple hours one day just chatting. He was just getting off and I had stopped by for a sub and when he seen me he dashed over to me. My heart melted. He spoke to me like he’d known me forever. When I told him I was going in to order he said bye and walked off. But as I made it through the line with my mikes way number 7, he’d came back in and paid for my meal. I seriously am astonished with how well this store is ran and the hands the store is in. The team is also very tidy. Every time I’m in, someone’s cleaning the lobby, touching up the restrooms, cleaning up and disinfecting counters on the line, cleaning the slicer. I mean this place truly is an experience....
Read more10/30/19 - My Son and I attempted this place once again. According to the feedback I got they were going to correct the issues I had last visit. However, nothing has changed. The owner must really not care about this business and has hired associates who don’t care as well. Once again the bread was so hard it made it very difficult for my Son and I to eat them. This time my Son went in and the experience was the same. Really old bread left out on the counter after an associate has cut it in half for other customers. It’s just really sad, because when they first opened the sandwiches were really good. I’m for sure not going back and I suggest another sandwich place as this one is over priced and not good!!!
The service here is horrible. I walked into the location to purchase a sandwich and the associate who took my order grabbed the closest piece of bread to her on the counter and started to make my sandwich. I asked if I could get fresher bread and was told it’s all the same and has been left out all day! There is no customer service. I will...
Read moreRegular #9 on Parmesan was decent. It's my usual. Bread was not as fresh as I'm accustomed to. People don't seem to enjoy their jobs. The person assembling the sandwiches moves at one speed, slow. But I think the thing that really got me was when I got to the register to pay, my total was $13 and change, I gave the cashier a $20 and was promptly told "we don't/can't take cash". You're kidding, right? A retail business that does not take cash? This proved to be an inconvenience for several of the 6 or so people behind me also. Can't your people make change? Or don't you trust them with cash? So I did use a debit card, missed my "jersey points" and got no receipt. When I pointed out the points issue, the cashier had no idea how to remedy that. So I proceeded to a dirty table and watched people fumble with the miserable card readers that seem to be in MANY Jersey Mike's. One woman behind me had to go to her car to get a credit card. This held up progress even more. If I hadn't waited about 20 minutes I would have told the cashier to enjoy...
