After re-locating to Reno two weeks ago after being away for 10 years. I have ordered twice from this location and both times my order has been cancelled without warning. The first time was because I used Papa Rewards points to lower my delivery bill which brought me below the $15.00 minimum. I do not have any issue with this other than it essentially makes it difficult to use Papa Rewards for delivery. The problem was that I did not receive a call from the store asking if I would like to add anything to my order. I ended up waiting over an hour for my pizza to be delivered even though it had been cancelled. I called the store and they explained the policy so I added an item to make it able to deliver. Could customer service be better? Certainly, but not a huge deal. We were able to sort it out. The real problem came when I placed an order today for pickup. I used my free pizza code and made sure that it was for pickup so we could avoid the delivery issue from last time. I hopped in my car and drove the 15 minutes down to the store. Upon arriving at the store, I called the number out front and the worker informed me that my order had been cancelled. I asked why? He said because the owner denied the order because they cant be giving out free pizza's if they want to stay in business. He also told me that I was a problem customer because of the order last time. I have never in my life been called a problem customer. He said had I had ordered more pizza from them in the past they might have allowed the free pizza to go through. Again, I had just moved here so that was not an option but I do frequent Papa John's hence the Papa Rewards. He told me there was nothing he could do unless I wanted to add more items to the order. Unfortunately all parties involved lost. I didn't get my pizza and Papa John's lost a former loyal customer. 0-2 is not a great welcome...
   Read moreThe Manager at the South Meadows Pkwy store was incredibly rude. I ordered pick up and a delivery driver was walking out when I arrived. He let the Store Manager know I was there for a pickup order. When the Store Manager came outside with a customerâs order who was behind me. He handed that customer his order and took my credit card. Then he proceeded to yell at me for not standing 12 feet away from his front door and then told me he was not supposed to touch my credit card. This was despite the fact he was within one foot of the other customer to hand him his food. I was told the card reader was inside the store, but that I couldnât go inside his store. Iâm so glad I have choices when it comes ordering pizza. Tonight you lost a ten year customer. I would recommend others look elsewhere for pizza until ownership or...

Pizza is cold and feels like it has been stirring in a warmer or bag for at least an hour. You ordered online, was supo6 to get a free pizza the next day. Yeah lies. The place is horrible. Order Dominos, Pizza Hut, he'll Pizza Factory. See if any of them gives you a 82 minute wait time after you order the pizza with no prior notice.
I know what you are thinking....i will give them a shot and see if the reviews are true. I did the same thing. Yeah, prepare for disappointment. I hope the mixer breaks and Papa John's Camero starts on fire in the parking lot....
