MOD Pizza — Restaurant in Reno

Don’t go the service is terrible!!! As you can see below in my original post we liked this place in the past but no longer. The service has gone downhill over the years and they now have a bunch of staff that lacks the knowledge to do the job properly. We recently ordered pizza for takeout and we’re given the wrong pizza completely. When I called to rectify the issue they were told my to come back in to get a new pizza. It was 8:00 the day before thanksgiving so that was not happening. We are gluten free so it’s not like we could just eat this random pizza. They were not willing to provide me a refund. I’m stuck calling corporate and disputing the CC charge. My wife recently had an issue at In-N-Out and they totally took care of It over the phone and send us a gift card for the inconvenience…. Thank you to both Andre' R and Hannah S for their outstanding customer service. After my previous review, I received messages from both of them to give them another try. Well we decided to take them up on their offer Saturday night, doing another take out order. We ordered different pizzas than we previously did. As it was with our last visit, the staff was very friendly and eager to help us make our perfect pizza. After the terrific customer service that I received from Andre' R and Hannah S, I wanted so much to enjoy the food. However, it just wasn't meant to be. The sauce and toppings are fine, but I feel that the crust just isn't what we enjoy (flavor and texture (too crispy and dry)). Went to mod again and this time I was greeted by Lauren aka R.E.N not to be confused with r.I.n. not that rin isn't amazing, and Steven. Most people look at me and dont assume I get down and freaky with the mushrooms and olives but trust me I get down with it. I always struggle to find different pie creators that get down to. It was unclear to know if Lauren was about that life. But what was clear is that she had no problem making my dream a reality with the freaky pie with Hella mushrooms.
