Update 5/27: Had someone from the main corporate office reach out about the unfortunate past experiences with management and food quality. He was very thorough and understanding and did not tell me I was wrong and genuinely wanted to change my experience. Hopefully they’re able to make some changes with the Reno location, as I know many people other than me are hoping for. I’ll be updating in a few more days or removing this review. The stars I did give were for the fantastic customer service from the corporate office.
Update 5/26: Received a response from the management of this location. It was very blunt and rude, and he was quick to tell me I was incorrect in the food quality because they already had an inspector come out. How can anyone expect to trust this location when the quality is only higher on inspection days? I wish I could leave zero stars.
5/23: I have not heard anything back or received a response from the person in management who emailed me initially. They pretty much dismissed the issue and said “I’m sorry you found an ant in your salad, but we already take sanitary precautions”
Initial review: This food is unclean, unsafe, and is filled with fungus gnats. Health inspector needs to come by this place asap before anyone gets sick.

The girl Sidney stands behind the counter doesn't look up, doesn't acknowledge us, doesn't say "we will be right with you," she says absolutely NOTHING! We literally just stand there just starring at her and she looks up and walks away. There's is not one customer in this restaurant! There is no excuse for the employees action! So we decide not to eat there. We walk away and we stand by the restrooms and I say to her." Your customer service is thumbs up" she says what? I tell her again. She says in a rude tone I was going to get someone for you so whatever! And throws her hand in the air! I couldn't believe it! I asked another employee there to get a manager and there's a man in the back with no mask and the girl Sidney goes back there and talks to him and he puts on a mask and comes up to me and says "Can I help you?" I tell him the situation, and he doesn't seem to care. His name was Franscio, he studders to tell me Sidney's name too. Not sure if that's even her name? It seemed to me that he didn't want to tell me her name! I will call Cooperate today! What a horrible place. It's really too bad, I used to love this place but I won't go back. At the counter I presented the coupon and she (the lady at the register) charged me almost the same price as buying Two !( in fact it came out be One dollar more) I was puzzled and was told that you have buy TWO drinks to get the one burrito for free and it says it on the coupon.. oooh it was on the very fine print that's almost unreadable. #deceptiveadvertising We got charged extra for Queso, which the guy said it is included !! Then she rotated the credit card screen asking me to leave an -optional tip - or click on NO TIP and approve the charges.!!!! I'm like what?..this is a fast food restaurant.so no tip and that’s where it came: The Evil Eyes. Basically a horrible experience. I don’t mind leaving a tip, as a matter of fact I am a 20% plus tipper but for service not a fast food that's like McDonalds and they handed the food to you on a tray at the register. So if you don’t wish to be subjected to deceptive advertising, or over charged, or get an Evil Eyes head on one block away to Chipotle. The service is friendlier and no Evil Eyes....
