My daughter will only eat the crab rangoon. We've been getting them all over the place for many years. My daughter had been very Ill and hadn't eaten very much for several days. After we got out of the ER she finally had an appetite so I scrounged enough to get her some of her favorite food. When I ordered them I noticed they were burnt in the bowl, so I asked if they could make new ones. I was told they "all had the same cooking time " so they'd always look that way. I said, well that's odd because we've never purchased burnt food in any other store in the past. So they "made new ones" but they were just as burnt as the first batch, except for a few that were perfect which of course negated their excuse. Why would you choose to tell a customer "oh our food is always burnt because we'd rather you think we're inept rather than just make a batch correctly"? Anyways, I'll choose not to return to this location as I've never had problems at any other location before.

Fast, clean, and I was told it was good by the kids. If you are GF...you can have soda, water, and white rice...so you know. But, the kids wanted it... So... This is based on them for the food and me on the experience. The kids got bowls, it's like one side and one entree. One kid got considerably less orange chicken than the other, ergo, back in to balance things out. The staff member that served her told her that it was a scoop and that's how they measured it, so she got a fair amount, and that was that. (It was like 5 pieces vs. like 12) So, she ended up buying another side because she doesn't want to argue. Other than that transaction, it was an overall good experience.

I have given up on this panda Express location...the food is typical panda (ie, good, if you like it, which I do) but the last two times our chow mein has been about 1/3 vegetables if not more. This last time I took a picture of the excess veggies I picked out of my bowl. From what I saw they're just adding fresh chow mein batches onto the top of their serving dish, so when it gets down to the bottom, there are all the remnants from who knows how many batches left to scoop up and plate. Not sure if other locations prepare it that way, but I'm willing to try to avoid this result.

Restaurant could be a bit cleaner trash is always piled up never have enough lids for drinks but after today service I will not return to this location . I asked for two regular drinks and was given 2 medium drinks when I told the guy at the register I said regular he try to say medium is regular for them I asked if he could correct it and he just handed me the smaller cups then I said is there a difference in price and he said yea then advised me he had to get assistance the manger comes over and says what happen he tells her she asked for the two medium drinks then change her mind after she paid wants a small I said no I didn’t change my mind I said regular any other restaurant would give the standard cup or say small medium or large . He then tells me well medium is regular here which is bull I’ve gone plenty of times during my lunch to same location say regular and get the small cup . The manger rolls her eyes at the whole situation and tells me she can give me a free entree or refund and ring back up but two payments will post and won’t show refund for 48 hours the price difference wasn’t much so I just walked away it wasn’t about the money . But honestly I will boycott this location rather drive to sparks after this especially cause they are...

I have a love/hate relationship with this location. On one hand, when it's not busy, it's convenient, and most of the time they have everything ready and available, but the last few times I have been here (I live nearby so I frequent this location) it's really been subpar. My favorite entree is the Stringbean Chicken, they RARELY have it ready, then ask if I wanna wait 10 minutes for it to be prepared. 🤦🏽‍♂️ I thought this was suppose to be "FAST" food. Then when I talked to thr manager about it, she says I can call ahead to make sure it's ready and prepared. So it's the customers responsibility to make sure a business has product available? Product that is advertised for sale? 🤔🤷🏽‍♂️🤣 So, I still frequent here, not willingly, but always with Hopes that the Stringbean Chicken will be available. The atmosphere is mostly always clean, sometimes the homeless get into the bathroom tho and you can't use it for 10-15 mins, The service has always been courteous, regardless of how busy it gets over all I give this location a 8 out of 10, only because the food they have on the Menu, should be readily available, some of us are really busy and last thing we are thinking about is calling ahead to a "FAST" food restaurant to see if they have...

MINUS 5 STARS. Yes, those stars are in the negative. For my birthday, my sister wanted to take me out to lunch. Off to Panda Express. We each picked the 2 item with noodles or rice plate, got drinks, sat down at a table and we were done 5 minutes later, one of us didn't feel well. It might have been the Sesame Chicken, neither one of us could eat more than one piece, it was nasty. Melted plastic forks is about the only way to describe it. The rubber chicken, I mean teriyaki chicken, was frickin rubber. The worst was the noodles, the FISH FLAVOR noodles. I can't eat seafood, makes me sick. Now I can't prove there was any kind of fish in the noodles, especially when I went up to the counter to ask about it I got no response from anyone. I returned both our un eaten lunches and requested a refund but surprise, Surprise, same thing, ignored. I was a blink away from blowing a gasket, but didn't want to embarrass my sister. Long story short, stay way away from the Panda Express on plumb and Virginia. Maybe it was just a one time bad experience? It's your call. One is...
