I decided to try El Super Burrito today based on all the good reviews, but unfortunately, my experience was far from great. The only positive part of my visit was the ordering process, which was smooth and straightforward. I ordered a burrito for myself and my daughter, planning to bring mine home for my husband. However, after taking a bite of my daughter's, I quickly changed my mind. The meat tasted old, and every bite was overwhelmingly salty—like eating a spoonful of salt. I have high blood pressure, so I have to be careful with my sodium intake, and this was beyond anything I could safely eat. Hoping to at least exchange it for something else, I went to the cashier, but a different employee was there. Their attitude was awful. Instead of even attempting to be helpful, they just told me, “Customers get what you get, and that’s it!” I get that places have policies, but I didn’t even get an apology—just a cold stare. On top of that, their side salsas were completely watered down. You could literally see the separation in the tiny plastic containers—half salsa, half water. And when my daughter asked for light ice, her cup came packed with more ice than soda. The cashier told me to call and speak with a manager tomorrow, which gave me some hope, but after reading other reviews, it seems like that’s just their go-to response and no one actually gets a resolution. Definitely won’t be...
Read moreThey are wonderful it can be a little hard ordering sometimes cause I think they don't speak fluent English I think , but they are very nice respectful helpful good service usually and the food always comes out fresh well made and consistent you get what you pay for every time ,, I give them a 1$ or 2$ every time I can , if everyone does it adds up they are very nice and deserve it , but they do their best and they always treat me well so I love coming here other places I have trouble when I stop at a lot,, it's hard to cook for myself with health issues food storage conditions and don't really have a kitchen, way to prepare proper meals so good cheap food is hard to come by and there is always value for money here. They make wonderful food this place should never be overlooked they have great food the wet burritos are wonderful and they give you fresh chips so I eat the sauce with the chips it's wonderful. They are very good they don't constantly raise prices the value for money is excellent and they are definitely underappreciated I think. Btw the burritos are so big you can share 1 or I usually make 2 or even more meals...
Read moreThis place is definitely not worth the money nor the time. The food is mediocre and the prices are too high and not justified. My fiance and I went to Super Burrito and ordered one burrito which the cashier advised was big enough for 2. Unfortunately that was not the case. The burrito was only big enough for one barely bigger than Taco Bell's burritos. Also their prices are unjustified. They charged us $7.00 for one regular sized burrito and then when we asked them to cut it in half we were told it would cost .35. We then asked if we could get another wrapping paper since we cut the burrito in half ourselves and once again we were told it would cost .35. It seems like these people are trying to pinch a penny. That is more like bad business. You should never try and squeeze ever dime out of your customers after all they are the ones who allow you to have a successful business. I will not be going back to super burrito nor will I recommend this place. You're better off going to Taco Bell at least they don't charge for every...
