They didn't honor military discount. The male barista said 'no!' with a bad attiude when the cashier asked him if military discounts were given at this location. The cashier at the window had no idea what she was doing. I gave her my $1.00 off coupon (which she scanned on my phone). She said my total would be $13.12. When I checked my account it said the human bean had charged me $14.12. I confronted her about this. She then proceeded to lie and say she never applied any dollar off. When I called her out, she then said she did apply the code, but it didn't do anything on the screen or total. To top it off, my mocha tastes BURNT and BITTER and my breakfast sandwich tasted doughy and undercooked. Never had such a poor experience with a coffee place before. With that being said...no solution was offered. Thankfully, my bank is willing to help me out. I do not recommend this location!! SPARKS location is the best!! They always treat me...

I went to the human bean to go treat my family with real fruit smoothies. When receiving my order I let the girl know there is an item missing. With an attitude she said “this is what your ordered” I said no I asked for 2 cotton candy flavors. She just looked at me and started walking away. As she started walking away I told her that it was a 16oz. Then there she comes again with a kid size. I then told her I asked for a 16oz, I told her I will pay for it. She grabbed the drink back aggressively and with attitude took off saying things. Such a bad experience. They definitely need to pay more attention on what the customers are asking for. Both of the girls there were definitely not customer service friendly. If you don’t like your job work...

Date marking: Boba opened on the day of inspection dated to be discarded eight days later instead of seven days later. Fruit smoothies in the reach-in refrigerator were stored without a date mark. Poisonous/toxic chemical storage: Clean linens were stored below bleach on storage rack.

They have a need to get in compliance with the health codes to prevent food contamination. I'm sorry that they need to be forced to get it done right, but I want to have good food with proper trained staff. Give them a chance to get it...
