UPDATE March 2023: The whole store has changed. It appears the owner has hired all new people and remodeled the inside of the store even. I have been here a few times in the last couple of months, and every time I was met with good customer service. There was not any messing around as the previous staff did. All I can say is thank goodness... I don't want to have to drive farther to get my favorite gourmet veg 😅 and to all the new staff and store owner, you're doing great!
One time the music that was playing was a song rapping about cunnilingis, etc. There were two elderly ladies in the store at the time as well. Another time one of the young gentlemen in the back was doing push-ups on the dirty floor to show off to his co-workers I assume. Another time they made our pizza wrong and forgot some toppings and when I came back to get the pizza we paid for the customer service I received from the supervisor was less than desirable as I could tell they didnt want to make it right and I had to push for them to do it. We actually left a review for that time and talked to the owner who was very apologetic but... This time I came in after my mom ordered over the phone and they charged us for larges even though we ordered mediums and when I asked about it the supervisor said "Don't worry I already talked to your mom on the phone and have the 4 dollar off coupon to make the difference." And the coupon had nothing to do with them charging us for larges. It was just a coupon she gave them a code for. That supervisor (blondish dude) is super shady for sure. He's the same guy I dealt with before who didn't want to correct...
Read moreWent in to buy a pizza, the two workers were making them were fairly busy. The gray haired employee was complaining to the employee wearing the black hat about having to make 60 pizzas by himself. It took about 5 minutes for the grey haired guy to come to the register. I was paying cash with a c note, for which he replied sorry cant help you. He said that he didn't have change, threw up his hands and expected me just to leave. For which I did, and as I was leaving, I asked him his name which he refused to provide, and ran away and hid around the corner. I then asked the guy in the black hat for the other workers name. And, he replied that he was the "owner". I asked for the workers name wearing the black hat and he replied that he was the manager. Well, I sincerely doubt that the one was the owner, and the other worker was the manager. This is very poor behavior to treat a customer. I do understand the need for employees, however these two need to be retrained...

McCarran from 9th and Sutro only to have the manager who gave his name as Frank Smith to yell at me in front of all his workers not to get mad, then he yelled at me, "Don't look at me like that!!" Because I was so, so shocked at how rude he was...basically saying it was MY fault his worker didn't circle while sauce on the pizza I was ordering even though I told him three times I wanted white sauce! (I allergic to tomato) I bet Frank Smith isn't even his real name...omgosh he was so rude and mean, he frightened me. I think maybe he hates women! I will never go back there again! I am going to tell all my friends not to go there either!. The worst customer service EVER!!! I am going to talk to the Better Business Bureau and see if they can do anything about that man...If being rude and mean was a crime I would have called the police...he totally made me...
