I really don't like giving bad reviews however I am extremely disappointed in this place. After several times of being treated poorly and unsatisfied with my beverage (how hard is it to pour coffee/tea) I am DONE. I finally called management to complain and as a result they promised a better experience. I have it a couple months before going back hoping for a significant change in customer service and beverage quality, I'm pretty sure it got worse. Seriously guys how hard is it to be NICE? This Starbucks has both indoor and outdoor seating. I visit it on almost a daily basis. The servers are friendly -- they know my regular order. Always great.
