Starbucks — Restaurant in Reno

I really don't like giving bad reviews however I am extremely disappointed in this place. After several times of being treated poorly and unsatisfied with my beverage (how hard is it to pour coffee/tea) I am DONE. I finally called management to complain and as a result they promised a better experience. I have it a couple months before going back hoping for a significant change in customer service and beverage quality, I'm pretty sure it got worse. Seriously guys how hard is it to be NICE? My husband and I came in on the morning of 11/27 (my birthday) and there were no other customers. We were ordering coffees for our road trip. I redeemed my birthday award (wasn’t told happy birthday, which I thought was rude). My husband got his drink but mine (which was just a brewed coffee nothing special) took 10 minutes. This Starbucks store is located at the Sierra Summit shopping center, which is located at the intersection of I-580/US 395 and Mount Rose Highway. This Starbucks has both indoor and outdoor seating. I visit it on almost a daily basis. The servers are friendly -- they know my regular order. Always great. As with any Starbucks, certain times will be particularly busy and you'll have to wait -- but, you knew that.
