This Subway franchise tarnishes the brand's reputation by delivering subpar food and unprofessional customer service, which contradicts Subway's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
I had a terrible experience at the Subway located at 2875 Northtowne Ln Suite B, Reno, NV 89512. I ordered a Spicy Nacho Chicken sandwich and a Spicy Nacho Steak sandwich, but they were missing Cheddar cheese, which is supposed to be a part of the order. On top of that, the sandwiches were made with old ingredients (stinky meat) and not fresh vegetables, making the food almost inedible.
When I called to address the issue, the staff was rude and dismissive. Instead of resolving my concerns, I was told to "learn to order properly." The manager's attitude was even worse, stating that "nothing would happen" if I filed a complaint. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable and shows a lack of care for customers.

Employees were reaching over each other causing their personal garments (shirts) to touch sandwiches being made for other orders. Employee tried to over charge until I caught it and requested to be charged for the actual sandwich made. Bread was running low and after opening sandwiches at home found out that bread was actually not fresh, but rather flaky and hardening. Ordered two foot longs and did not finish either as both of us began feeling sick while eating, as if ingredients had not been fresh either. We also bought 4 cookies for dessert and couldn't eat them, as they were too hard. Nor, honestly, did we want to after the state of the sandwiches. Today I went in to take advantage of the 4 footlongs for $20 deal received via text by subway and the guy made it seem like he absolutely had no way of giving me that deal. He tried to get me to pay almost $30 but I was ready to leave the sandwiches and walk out since he was refusing to honor the coupon. He then agreed to coupon as I was headed out the door and said I must ask in advance if my coupon is accepted next time but there will be no next time because I refuse to be hassled over a coupon that they promote customers to sign up for via mobile.
