Don't know how much I can expect from a Subway, I suppose. Came in to redeem a coupon for two foot long sandwiches, and asked the woman behind the counter if the coupon was valid. She handed it to another woman who said "Yeah". Then, in a strangely confrontational tone, the first lady I talked to asked "what if it wasn't valid?", to which I replied with "Um, I'd leave?". She did not answer, and began talking t her co-worker throughout the time I explained to her what kind of sandwiches I wanted. It was around this time I began to wonder if the woman was intoxicated, as she could not hold eye contact and was periodically muttering under her breath or talking about slapping her co-worker. After having added some sort of garlic seasoning to my sandwich, she began to do it again and murmured "Did I already do this?", to which I informed her that she did. She forgot to toast the chicken breast on my sandwich, but toasted them separately after she realized her error. After grabbing the breast with some mitts and placing them on my sandwich, she dropped the mitts on the ground, then picked them back up without discarding or cleaning them. At the end of my order, I decided to add a chocolate cookie and the same woman serving me murmured something about "it'd be cheaper if..." but I could not understand what she was saying.
Overall the whole thing was pretty unprofessional and weird. The sandwiches were alright at least. Wouldn't recommend...
Read moreI live down the street and frequently come to this establishment.. and it would take me an hour to relay all the bad expirences I've had. I have never written a bad review before now. The manager (who has had to come out to the front twice now to try and remedy the mistakes the employees were making) does not accept the coupons you get in the mail! It's always a different reason why he won't take them. None if which make any sence. HONOR YOUR COUPONS. I HAVE THREE KIDS AND CANT AFFORD TO EAT OUT OFTEN. The employee tonight specifically didn't change his gloves after handling something my kid is allergic too... I politely asked him to and then he started arguing with me about how it's not that big of a deal to change gloves... Like really? I keep coming back here because I like subway and I tell myself it can't possibly get worse but it does. I have never had a good experience at this location ever. And never a bad one at the many other locations. Save yourself the hassle and just drive the two miles somewhere else or to...
