I don't know what has happened with Wendy's, but it seems they decided to become elite all of a sudden, within the last year or so. Their burgers and fries are consistently hot and fresh when I go and I've been pleasantly surprised by their salads. I may be new to the salad game and not disappointed at all. Filling, fresh with good combinations. Not to mention, affordable in this overly expensive world!
08/28/24: Whomever was in the kitchen tonight was literally "doing their job." I went for a salad as it was late and I wanted something light, yet filling and affordable. I mean, whomever was making the salads tonight, thank you. This salad was delicious and I am not exaggerating. The chicken was tender, hot, and juicy, the bacon as well. One would think because it's late in the evening, it would be some already prepared salad waiting in the fridge. Nope...the lettuce was fresh, no old sprigs and it was abundant. You can twll personal touch versus pre-prep. I appreciate the thoughtfulness behind this salad. Truly. It was like they were assuring it was a dinner portion and it far exceeded any expectation. I ordered a Dave's Double with bacon Jam,tomatoes,lettuce, sweet onion,added bacon, no ketchup and Asiago Cheese I expect to get my order correct. Instead my burger came with tomatoes,Asiago Cheese that's it. Then Missing from my order was my š„ potatoe with bacon n cheddar cheese n chives. The new cook needs to be fired or whoever is handling the Door Dash orders needs to go. A few months ago they got all the orders correct. It's quite obvious they hired someone new this person doesn't care if they get orders right. They have no care in the world or they can't read or speak English. Very disappointed.
