Burnett's Pub — Restaurant in Renton

You guys let me tell you...when we 1st walked through the door and approached the bar to order...the cashier was soooo mean. She looked at us like she hated us. She talked to us very rudely and sharply when taking our order. When my daughter reached up to put in her payment...the cashier turned the screen around and began typing REAL fast and ended the transaction without letting my daughter put in her information. We asked for a receipt and she rudely told us CAN YOU JUST GIVE ME A SECOND....and then moved on to help 4 other customers. After we waited patiently for our receipt we noticed that the cashier charged my daughter's card for an unauthorized amount for her own tip. My daughter never got her food. After an hour of waiting for our food we never recieved we asked for a refund. I also let the lady at the cash register know that I did not appreciate her charging my daughters card for her tip that we did not authorize and would like that back ask well. The lady denied it and said NO YOU DID THAT! We will never go back. This was very awful!! I don't even know how this place stays in business with this type of service. Plus bathrooms were filthy...trash runneth over! STAY AWAY YALL!! DO NOT SUPPORT...

There is hardly anywhere to sit when you initially get there. After about 15 minutes of standing around someone finally gets up and you take your seat. THEN you have to get up from said seat to go order your drinks and food if you do get any. You also have to wait for this very simple task seeing as there is only ever one bartender present so probably another 15 minutes. The drinks are very much expensive (they make up for it by giving you a drink thats 96% alcohol) and the food takes nearly an hour to get to you and although it is good it doesnt taste at all like what you ordered so it almost seems as if they just wrote down what you wanted, then the cook gave you what THEY wanted...very weird. But overall it was a pretty good experience and I will most likely be back...

Don’t bother! I tried coming here twice, first time they had 5 large tables reserved so there was no where to sit. It was a Friday night so I decided to come back another day. I went again on a Thursday evening and again they had five tables reserved. There was an older lady that was picking her teeth with a toothpick behind the bar. We asked her where could we sit and she said anywhere where there’s not a table reserved. We ended up, sitting close to the entrance along the window. We tried to order some cocktails, but was told they only serve beer and shots. The wings are OK but not good enough to go back to the terrible service. We ate our food and drank our beer and no one ever showed up to use those reserved tables. This...
