I work at this Dominos part time for some extra spending cash...and before you dismiss me as a hack...I am super critical of many restaurants and also am a public school teacher working part time. I have a college degree so I am proven smarter then average...so listen...a view from the inside and a response to the person complaining about the manager saying she would call the cops...The owner and manager at the Highland 4th street Dominos work their Butts off in the store. Both of them are hands on in every aspect of the making of your pizza. They only get two days off per year, especially the manager who works long hours every day. I have seen them bend over backwards for their loyal customers...in the case of mistakes, they gomoutbof their way to correct...but I have also seen a number of "very naughty" people try to scam them and boldly claim things things were bad with their pizza that weren't....even as boldly to come into the store and scam them to their faces or prank calling a pizza delivery. This kind of behavior costs them time (and money) while someone else's pizza is getting colder. Another reviewer told a story about the manager calling the cops and that isn't a joke....if you want to scam and cause a big fuss in a store just because you think "the customer is always right" this manager is smart and can call you out if you "naughty." You will reap what you sew. Read moreThe worst dominos experience I've ever had. My girlfriend wanted a pizza , I picked it up and it tasted weird to her even though we have got the same toppings from other locations. I called and the Manager Katrina said " are you sure " questioning if I was really dissatisfied or trying to take advantage and I could tell she had a smile on her face asking " how much of the pizza is even left" we only ate one slice so I drove back up there and said I wanted totally new toppings just to get a fresh start and that made her mad she wanted me to get the same toppings from earlier. I then asked could I get something else since I had to drive back and wasn't completely satisfied. She told me no I can't. Then after making a really big deal she said I can get wings with a little bit reduced price . I felt like that wasn't a good deal since she disrespected me so much and she told me to never come to her store again . So I drove to dominos took it home and went back to dominos had to go back to dominos they refunded me and didn't give me anything wasted 40 minutes . I always buy from dominos when I'm too lazy to cook and I've never been so dissatisfied. I tried to call to get the general managers number and Katrina said she's the manager and then told me she doesn't have to answer questions and told me never to call her store again. They have me so disappointed my girlfriend is disappointed. All she had to do was give a free wings or soda and I would have been fine just show me some effort to make it up...

The said pizza showed up with onions.
We called and asked about it and they sent out a new pizza, but REFUSED to give it to us unless we gave them the old one back. The Driver was standing in front of our house with the new pizza, but refused to hand it over unless we gave him the old one per management orders. He was forced to call the manager and we had a very heated discussion about how we knew due to health and safety reasons that they cannot resell either pizza. The Person we ordered the pizza for was previously a GM at a Domino's and he knows that this was very much against the customer satisfaction portion that this franchise claims to have.
In the end they stole our dinner and our money, and because of this caused the driver that makes his money on delivering to wait needlessly in front of our door. He was a professional and was clearly embarrassed by the conduct of the person we had to speak to on HIS cellphone.
Katrina, the 'franchisee' (claims she was not a shift manager, or actual GM) cheated us out of a $9 pizza, cheated her employee out of his hard earned pay, and even brought a pizza that ended up just going back to the store anyway. I'm sure health and safety would love to hear about it...
If possible get a delivery from a different location. These people do not deserve your...
