KFC — Restaurant in Renton

Waited 10 minutes (not an exaggeration) before helped at the counter. One person, Let's call her 'Nicky' (not her actual name), would occasionally pass by and twice said, "I'll be right with you." There were only six people in the dining room and just one other person before me, who had already ordered before I walked in. 'Nicky' finally took my order and apologized for the wait, but offered nothing at all for the inconvenience. I then waited another 5 minutes for the food... which was completely wrong. I ordered all white meat and ended up with the standard 3 piece meal, which has two dark meat items. I brought that back and, again, was offered absolutely nothing. No one cleaned the dining room and all the trash cans were overflowing. A young girl came in later and sat in the dining room without ordering. 'Nicky' came out and sat to socialize with her instead of doing her job and then brought her, without ringing it up, an root beer float! People had come in and were standing in line, all the while. Also, 'Nicky' was dressed all in black, unlike the other employees which leads me to believe she was the shift manager! By the time I left, not one person had attended to the dining room or trash. Never will go here again. KFC and A&W should know about this store and how awful it is. Staff just standing there doing nothing and telling the only other couple in the joint that they would have to wait 20 minutes for their food. No coordination or leadership or respect for that matter. Gave me chili cheese fries with the chili being burned almost black looking. You could tell they scraped the chili trying to get the last of it... It looked like how cheese would look if cooked on a plated. Stiff and dry. Fries were old and gross. Dirty store and bathrooms were nasty. Someone in a previous post gave 5 stars and said "great remodel"..... You could not tell the store was remodeled at all. Not to mention they have their drink station right in the way of the front counter. Only one customer could fit up at the counter. Why can't people just appreciate their work environment and work hard for their company. Where is the work ethic. Popeyes across the street always has friendly welcoming people and is always hot and fresh. Too bad KFC and A&W. Missing the bar by allot...

If i could rate 0 i would. Ordered 3 pot pies, 10 piece hotwings (got 9), ordered 12 piece all dark original (got 8 drumsticks 4 thighs). Called to speak to the manager, was told mgr was too busy. I explained the issue and the gal said 'that's a lot of meat'. Yes a lot of meat but my 12 piece should have been 6 drums and 6 SIX thighs. She asked, what do you want me to do? I said fix the order but right now I am 8 miles away, dinner friends are already here. She asked me to bring the chicken back. Are you kidding me? I asked for the manager again and she said the relief mgr would not be able to help me, and to call back the day after tomorrow. I finally got a phone number to call, day after tomorrow. Just totally bad customer service! I told her to train the staff to fill the orders appropriately because this was totally unacceptable. This is not the first time they've...
