Ordered 8 tacos and even after repeating my order… realized when I made it home that I only received 5, tacos were greasy and most shells were broken. COLD mexi fries, watery sour cream even though I paid additional for it! Watery and flavorless white chili! I ordered a crisp chicken burrito and the oil needs to be changed, though that was the only thing fresh. Additionally, based on the amount of food and $44 later I literally received 1 ketchup for 2 large mexi fries, 1 hot sauce, and literally 1 napkin!! Lastly, I called in to obtain the items that I did not receive and I was connected to someone who apparently had a bad day who mentioned that he was from the corporate office! He pretty much blamed me for not specifying the amount of items that I wanted and said that next time I should ask for an exact amount, sounded like a great justification but didn’t really acknowledge my concerns… seemed very much stand offish.He was very much a smart A and should absolutely not be in his position because clearly he lacks customer service… my issue is still unresolved because the only number that they have for you to call is the corporate number and based on my experience; that won’t do me any good! Overall, my experience sucked and the only person who was able to assist me failed me and the company drastically! Based on this I will never recommend or return! They for sure lost a valued customer and I’ll be sure to spread the word…....
   Read moreI've been going here since I was 5 and I'm 38 now. Lots have changed but the service is terrible now and the food is still good but needs work with the service. Food ordering over the computer needs work for sure. They also mess up drive through orders often. I call and complain and they ensure me that they will provide me with the missing items on my next visit. When I arrive to order again another day and claim what I'm owed they have no recollection of the matter. Hmm.....
This will be my first time returning to this location. Once again today 9/28/24, they've greatly disappointed me. I ordered through Uber and multiple items 3 in total were missing from my order. In my drunken anger my wife decided to offer to take herself there to grab the missing items. SMH. I've asked her to take everything back and ask them to remake everything because by the time I get the items my whole meal is ruined. If they don't make everything I'd like my money back and I'll never return to this location again.....the location I grew up with. Update after my wife talked to the them at taco time, they said they need to ask Uber for a refund, why would it be on Uber when taco time seals a bag with a sticker, and yes both taco time and Uber messed up on missing a drink....whatever. guess this will be my...
   Read moreI live right across the street from this place. I tried the fit hit bowl which I really liked so I decided to frequent the place. However, I always get my food to go and the last two times I received snobby service. I was not offered any carriers for my drinks the last two times I got my food, even though I was clear with the cashier that it was to go. I even said "thank you" after i had to hold them accountable to service and got no response from that cashier that didn't do their job. I really like taco time but I am having a really bad time with this location. I already complained once about this type of service and it continues. Trying to be patient but I've had to return before because I haven't gotten the right food and honestly feel that respect should and manners should be met with the same thing at the very least and its just not at this location at times. It's like I am hassling someone if I even ask for something more than what I ordered that I am entitled to in being a paying customer. I shouldn't feel bad in asking for a carrier or a sauce that is held behind the counter or bringing the attention of an order that was made...
