THE BEST Cantonese food you can find near Seattle area! It’s crowded during the dinner time so be prepared to wait, BUT I assure you it’s worth the wait.

They have THE BEST and Perfect Beef Chow Fun I’ve ever had! The noodles are soft and smooth with good amount of chewiness. Marinaded beef is tender and fragrant! I asked for less oil since chow fun is usually greasy, and I don’t see ANY oil sitting at the bottom of the place. The sautéed offal is a challenging dish to make, as stomach, heart, liver, and kidney have different cooking times. And they cooked it very well! Kidney is crispy, stomach is soft, heart and tongue is soft with right amount of chewiness. The only small flaw is that liver gets overcooked a little bit. Eggplant is soft and melt in your mouth.

Have been eating here 2 times so far. This place serves authentic Chinese-Cantonese style food. The restaurant is very spacious but it needs so upgrade. Every dish is priced reasonably. We love the steamed oysters, ordered 1/2 dozen and only paid $16, the waitress took off $1 because she told us one of the oysters was a bit small 😄. Every time we ate here we ordered the snow pea leaves dish, sweet and sour pork or pork chop with Peking sauce, stir fried flat rice noodle with beef. The food overall was very good. I am a big fan of pork chop with Peking sauce and have always ordered it in every Chinese restaurant. After a couple of years of this place being my go-to chinese food place, no more! I came here after they were on vacation and I received an email they were back and missed me. Great - so I take a ride there to eat in the restaurant the next day only to find a note on the door they are having a private party. I go in and they say I can only order for take out...fine, we can take it home...so I take a menu out to my family in the car and we decide what we will order. I go back in with my list and I am greeted very rudely and told "Private party, no orders." No explanation even when I tried to explain I was just told I could order takeout. No apology, no nothing.
