Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Renton

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THEM FOR A BUSINESS. I ordered $200 work of food to be delivered to a client. Upon arriving at the location, they called me even though I had provided a number for them to call since I do not live in the state. When they called the number, it went to a voicemail for another company, presumably because they misdialed. Instead of problem solving and calling me, the person who they'd already talked with and whom placed for and paid for the order back, they decided to take the food back to the store and cancel the order without ever letting me know. On top of it, I didn't receive a single apology or any accountability for their error. When I told them I expected compensation for this, they told me they couldn't do that, but would send it back out 'on them'. As if I were supposed to be thankful they weren't going to charge me again for their lack of critical thinking and problem solving. Unbelievably poor customer service. I will never order from them again, which I'm sure they couldn't possibly care less about. Next time I'll order actually decent pizza from another locally-owned location in town versus this junk from people just here to...

As you can see from the reviews this location has problems. I ordered at 11:40 and expected to have my order by 12:20. I tried calling to fix an address issue while waiting for the delivery but could not reach anyone for 40 minutes. Finally the driver showed up at ~12:40.

Unfortunately, there were issues. I ordered diet and they gave me a regular pepsi, the pepsi was opened already, the melt had ham when I asked for none.

If you call the phone number listed on their website or google you get sent to a call center not the store. I called another store which turned out to be the call center and they directed me to corporate. I filed a complaint with corporate but they redirected me back to the store because all they could do was run it up the chain. So back to the store... I called again and waited 20 minutes with no response. Waited a bit and thought, "Did the zombies get them?" and said surely this time they'll pick up, but they again did not and I waited another 20 minutes. In total I've spent one and a half hours today trying to get some response.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Absolute nightmare.

Food was barely edible. Ordered the Tavern crust on one of our pizzas. It was paper thin, burnt and hard as a rock. Our stuffed crust pizza was also overcooked. Crust was super thin, had no sauce or cheese or flavor. There was no cheese in our stuffed crust. Like they forgot that step or something. Our pizzas were also not cut. We had to cut them when we got them home. We ordered 3 orders of boneless wings and all 3 had almost no sauce on them and some of the pieces were even completely dry. We ordered several sauces and when we picked up we asked for our sauces and the kid said “I put them in the pizza boxes”. Well, we got home and guess what? No sauces.
