OMG sooo bad! We came here after the storm to get some food and the bread they used was at least 3 days old! Like stale! Hard as a rock! Like bad completely inedible. When I called to inform them of the bad news after I got home to eat he used what seemed to be a trained response to say that was because we decided to toast it!!! Are you kidding me!!! Obviously I’m not the first to call about this so “Ryan” is literally gaslighting people!
Funny thing is I wasn’t even calling for a refund I was calling to warn him because I was worried for other customers but he was extremely rude to me and then hung up on me after literally telling me I’m an idiot!

Read moreI've been to many a Subway and today was easily the worst experience in the sense of professionalism. First off, the open sign wasn't on even though the store was open. I've worked in restaurants before, so I'm pretty sure I know how opening procedures work. If you open at 7:30, that means the opening worker had to have been there since 6 or 6:30. This also means all dishes are in the back, the line is ready to go, and they're ready to serve customers at 7:30. Well, none of that was done. The worker was still putting away dishes, didn't serve me for about 5 minutes after walking in, and the oven wasn't even on, let alone warm, even though someone might want their sandwich toasted. Read morePlace is okay. We've tried a few times. Generally a pleasant experience. This location seems to go through a ton of turn over in staff. Staff is either properly trained or barely knows how to do the job duties right.
Add on: Decent for the most part. Lately we've noticed a drop in employee training and customer service. Every now and then they'll allow children to the employees to run around in the employee area. In the past we've seen them prepping the vegis and some of the trays. I didn't think this was allowed according to child labor laws and food sanitation issues.
