Pho Hien Trang — Restaurant in Renton

I hate leaving negative reviews, but...this was the grossest pho I have ever had, and I've ordered it all over the world. I decided to try this place based on other reviews and opted to get my beef pho to go, which I've done lots of times from lots of places, all without incident or complaint. Not this time. I got home and opened a styrofoam container with FROZEN, bloody, raw beef (ice crystals and all), noodles that were already glommed together (I live less than 10 minutes away), and the typical pho toppings. So I tried to make the best of it and microwave the beef since the soup, which was in a separate container, wasn't hot enough to partially cook it as it should have been. It smelled nasty, but I still had hope, so I cut the glob of noodles into chunks and assembled it all. Even though I had cooked it, blood from the beef turned the noodles pink. Five bites in, it was gag-level disgusting and I dumped it out. I was pissed - I got it to go because I'd had a long day and DIDN'T WANT TO COOK. I will never go back...

This is our GO-2 place for Pho. We go to Pho restaurants nation wide for fun and to critique their authenticity. Food here is great, broth is so flavorful but most of all their customer service is AMAZING! I left my wallet there with hundreds of dollars, all my credit cards and personal information. A week later, after searching what we thought was everywhere we called the restaurant to see if just maybe I may have left it there. The owner said so kindly that he had my wallet. We rushed their immediately and were welcomed at our car with smiles and my wallet (with everything in it). The owner said he was going to drive to the address on my ID and drop it off (which was cities away).. Glad he didn't because we don't live there anymore. Kindness and Sincerity like this is very rare...

Good location, lots of free parking

Good proportion of meat in soup, you will feel satisfied, and full, after finishing your food,and paid, and exited

Their prices are reasonable

Dine in lounge is small, but very busy, and because they are so busy ,they forget to bring you what comes with your ordered dish, you must keep reminding them . Their service is slow ,and they are not attentive. They have poor attention to tables( they don't stock them well as they are supposed to) must keep asking them to bring this & that

Customer service is slow to attend to customers needs. Empty tables are slow to clean. Even after supposedly cleaned they are still dirty..
