Wendy's — Restaurant in Renton

I ordered a baconator from the drive-thru. Plain with only bacon cheese and mayo. I psy for my order and knew after I pulled over that I was given a single burger with mayo. I drive back through the drive-thru and re-order, but the guy taking the order tells me to come to the window. I get to the window and he asked me what was wrong. I said this isn't a baconator. He took my bag, through it away and then called out the order to the crew in the kitchen. "Baconator with only a small amount of mayo" "Sir, can you park while we make your order"? Yes. I pull into the stall and waited for my order. 5 minutes passes, 10, and now 20....I get out of my car with my receipt....there were several customers at the counter with several in correct orders. The guy that took my order realized it was me, and didn't say anything, but just looked at me. I had waited almost 30 minutes for my order. I ask for my money back and the manager seemed just as confused. I made the statement that everyone there should have been fired. Very poor customer service. I am an administrator st a local college and will not recommend this Wendy's to any of my coworkers nor my staff or students. The worst customer service ever. The manager seemed confused and tells me that he would talk to the employees after I said this was unacceptable. He didn't offer me anything for my time nor did he apologize. I dont fault the 18yo kid that waited on me, it was the managers fault and he didnt handle this well at all. He should be fired or find s non customer related career. I usually experience wonderful customer service here in the dining area and going through the drive through, although last night the man at the drive through window was not very friendly and forgot the ketchup he repeated back to me over the intercom while ordering, as they always forget, so I asked for ketchup in advance so I wouldn't have to remember to ask once I got up there and they usually get too busy when your paying and half the time forget. So we get our food and I say "Thanks, have a great night!" and I get no response from the man. So we pull over to eat by the drive-through line and I realize he forgot the ketchup. So I go get up out of my car to get it and when I walked up to the window, he just gives me the largest handful up ketchup ever and I still said "Thanks So Much" and still no sorry or have a nice night back. I'm very annoyed, as I've been in customer service over 20 years and was shocked by this employee's complete disregard for others genuine friendliness and then forgetting ketchup and not even making eye contact while giving us our food or when going out of my way to get the ketchup. I understand being busy, but they worst disservice to others is disregarding them, especially when it's your job to at least make eye contact and smile if you can't talk. Please train Sunday night drive-through cashiers to be more friendly and to acknowledge when they're being treated like a human being, so they can give that same level of human decency back to the...

*Alicia and her team *Evelyn *Sabrina and *Carlos and *everyone there on staff had all formats of the business humming drive thru phone APP and walkin customers like me, some place sacrifice in person at the counter for the drive thru aka McDs BK others, you found the right balance and had the right number of staff to keep all formats satisfied and not waiting. I have not found that anywhere else today not McDs, not BK, not Carls Jr, not Popeyes, NOWHERE. having experienced hispanic teams are the key also. IDK if she is part owner, owner, manager, assistant manager, but she is expert and mature enough to get into operations and fill in where needed to keep the flow and all customers happy, I DONT SEE THAT EVERYWHERE ELSE, staff shortages impacting everyone else. AMEN, Congrats. WENDYS is my favorite fast food, prices are still reasonable too. ONLY fast food with quality salads baked potato and proud of it. Variety of salad choices too. Original Frostys THE BEST. So many BESTS here. BTW I had the Taco Salad with chili with taco ships sour cream and salsa, double stack burger w cheese fresh meat juicy patty better tasty than others, small fancy soda from the fancy coke machine ALL of this for *11 dollars OMG. Could've got cheaper if i chose some of their combo meals which lower economize the prices of soda and add fries too.
