My dad and I went there for coffee and drinks at a little over 10 AM Wednesday morning. The place was not busy at the time. There were a few customers. The place has some small tablets. It was clean. When you walked in, the ordering table is right there with many small items (muffins and pastries) were placed around. It looked a little messy. (Ambiance Rating: 3/5)
The menu is big on flavoring coffee, latte and different types of bagels. Salads are also options if you don't want to try their bagels. For pastries, they have sweet muffins which you could get from any convenient store. We had a small hot Hazelnut coffee, Ice Mocha and a sausage egg and cheese on everything bagel. I spent about a few minutes looking at the menu. The guy at the cashier was pretty attentive and asked if we are ready. I asked him about his recommendations of white or dark mocha and ham or sausage egg and cheese bagel. He told me what he prefers. (Service rating: 3/5)
I ended up go with his recommendation of the Ice dark mocha and sausage egg and cheese bagel. The Mocha syrup was drizzled on the side and a thick layer at on the bottom of the cup. The coffee tasted milky and not too sweet at first when I didn't mix the syrup. Then, I spent a few minute mixing it and it was quite hard to get it well-mixed. I tasted it again even the syrup wasn't fully mixed, it was pretty sweet already. I didn't bother to mix it more because I personally don't like coffee that's too sweet. The bagel was hot, well toasted, with creamy thick egg and thin dried sausage in the middle. (Coffee rating:2/5; bagel rating: 4/5; overall 3/5)
The cashier charge me $15 but supposedly $13.5 cash price. I didn't want to confront with him because there are other customers around. (Honesty rating: 0/5)

Their coffee is delicious, I usually hate flavored coffee because it tastes so artificial, but their flavored coffees are simply divine. Boston cream pie tastes exactly like a Boston cream pie, it's not sweetened at all just a natural flavor. I usually go for either the BCP or Cinnamon sticky buns. I had a latte once and it was good but very sweet so I stay away from those.
Bagel sandwiches are also delicious, they have lots of bagel flavors, a few cream cheese options, and a good variety of sandwich toppings (more on that in a bit).
They deserve a 5 star review simply because of how good their coffee and bagels are but there are a few things they need to improve on:
Cash only- In the day of Square credit card readers there's not really an excuse to be cash-only. Unless they want to be cash only for tax or other purposes. This is very inconvenient and we have skipped going here a few times because we didn't feel like going to the ATM.
Hours- I have only been here on weekends because they open too late during the week. A coffee place should be open by 6 the latest on a weekday in my opinion. But it does seem like they have only 3 people working there so they might not have the manpower yet to expand hours
Bagel toppings- they have the standard bacon/sausage/ham you expect but not having smoked salmon is almost criminal.
They should have more than 1 size for iced coffee.
None of these will stop me from coming here, but they would be nice changes to make. Overall a great local coffee shop that I hope sticks around for...

ATM charges 3 dollars for cash and I ordered and bagel and latte and what I got was tasteless and not good. I get small business need to thrive but what I was given I could get cheaper and with better material somewhere elsewhere. I have 2 stars because of the hospitality...
