This was one of my worst fast food experiences in a long time. I ordered online for a pickup, it said it would be ready between 9:25-9:35 i got there a few minutes esrly but they was busy so i waited to go in till 9:25, the young lady out front taking orders tols me it wasn't ready so I sat and waited and watched, she was BUSY, I felt bad for her, till she was getting almost rude with they customers and very rude with the customers that were calling in, she would answer the phone domino's your gonna have to wait or something to that affect, whatever it was at they time i was thinking omg how rude, ifbi had ever called and not gone online i would have been angry and probably would have ordered sonewhere else, which is what i had wished after it said my order was ready at 9:32 so i went ro her and she said nope no orders ready for a nancy and started shouting out names then she came back out front picked the phone back up and proceeded to take more orders another 10 minutes went by and i went and asked again after all these pizzas were placed as ready she went back to check again and again started shouting names finally came out with my pizzas. Boy did i wish i had checked them then but at that point i was a bit annoyed so i took them home, only to find out they had mixed them up got it backwards the one that was supposed to be well done was bearly cooked and the thin crust was burnt to a crisp as you will see in the pictures. Very disappointing, and to boot i don't like there sauce as much as other places so i asked for light sauce well thank goodness, cause i would hate ti see what regular sauce is if that was the case cause there was so much sauce and not enough cheese or bacon or onion on they thin crust and they other one had a boat load of the cheap toppings and very little of they fresh more expensive topping. That is niether here nor there, when i called to complian she did the same to me answered domino's please hold, i waited 9 minutes 30 seconds and hung up...very disappointed!!!! Won't be back there, if you look at the pictures you can see how over cooked the thin crust is and under cooked the hand tossed was it was supposed to be they other way around hand tossed well done and thin crust just cooked...not exactly what i asked for and take a close look at they thin crust that is supposed to be onion and bacon, WHERE ARE THEY TOPPINGS????    Read moreI ordered from this location yesterday and mind you, it is 4 minutes away from where I ordered from. Dominos has this great tracking service for your delivery that allowed me to watch the driver forget to drop our order off as they were in the neighborhood. An hour passes by and the driver is all the way in Boston, with this trafficâŠ? so I call the store to figure out if itâs not coming at all. Listen I get it, Iâm the most chill person, but the way your representative talked to me over the phone was what pissed me off and I mightâve been hangry by then but I was still patient. There is absolutely no courtesy and no knowledge of customer service at this location. This gentleman kept trying to hang up the call and speaking over me as I asked a question, I had to tell HIM, 3 times âI UNDERSTAND the order is on the wayâ (like Dominos pays me to be polite) âdo you believe itâs going to be cold by then?â At this point, I might just drive down to the store myself and pick another one up. He couldâve said anything, he couldâve told me thereâs an option in the webpage to give feedback or to speak to customer service, he couldâve simply apologized maybe and it wouldâve been fine. Honestly, I love freshly made pizza, itâs one of the reasons why I like dominos, with the melted cheese, heck, I even get extra cheese because of that. Anyway, my food was in fact cold, at least it arrived⊠and the cherry on top was that my order was wrong. I ordered their new cinnamon dessert stuff, but got their Parmesan balls. There goes my dessert. Iâm probably just mad at myself for spending 40 bucks on fat food that I didnât even get to enjoy properly.
And if you got all the way down here, thank you for reading my rant. Honestly, just train your staff better. Sounds like people are truly miserable in that place. Free pizza doesnât suffice, just Dominos manager, I saw your name mam but I forget, Ana? Talk to your employees or just hire someone else, having an attitude over the phone ruins the beautiful experience of wanting to have a pizza watching a movie after work. I also read some of the other reviews about your hygiene practices with this extra time I had⊠no words.

Tonight I ordered 14 mild wings with ranch and a small gluten free pizza for a friend and myself. What arrived after over an hour of waiting: 8 plain wings, blue cheese and mango habanero sauce, and a regular medium pizza. What the actual hell? How do you mess up literally every item on an order? At least I can eat the plain chicken - I cannot eat gluten so I have a regular pizza only one of us can eat! I called and they said âso... what do you want? A store credit?â Uhm, no. I would like the food that I ordered! Now I am waiting another 45-60 minutes. Nearly 2 hours total.
I would not review this so harshly and publicly if this was the first time. People make mistakes, I get it. But it has happened multiple times. Iâve ordered regular pizzas and been delivered a buffalo chicken pizza. Ordered diet cokes and received sprites, because apparently they were out of diet coke and instead of calling me gave me random soda. They gave me coupons for each of those, but there were other more minor instances as well. Over the past year there have been multiple orders where something is wrong or missing. Sometimes food is not as hot as it could be as well.
I am so confused with how an establishment could mess up orders so frequently. If it is something with the online ordering system, fix it or take it down. If it is employees, get better ones. It is truly unacceptable how poorly this restaurant does at deliveries. It isnât even that they give you someone elseâs food, they just get everything wrong! If you bring even one order that is 100% incorrect to a customer, that should be embarrassing enough to make solid changes so that it doesnât happen again. This is the worst Dominos I have ever ordered from. Food is fine if you get your correct order, but be prepared for error.
