Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Revere

Never again!! I actually got kind of excited when Papa John's opened up near us. I was even happier when I saw that they had a cupped pepperoni pizza special. I couldn't have been more disappointed! This pizza makes Domino's look like Pizzeria Regina!! Yuck! Strange crust texture, maybe the dough didn't proof enough? Almost no sauce to speak of. The cheese was tasteless. The pepperoni was actually good, but was so unevenly distributed there were many bites with no pepperoni at all on it.

Even with an online order for in store pickup, we were the only ones standing at the counter, we weren't acknowledged right away. Not to mention the entire place just gave us a sketchy vibe.

Also a strange issue with the parking situation...take a right into a small driveway, but can access any of the parking spots because there was a big RV and another car blocking the back end of the driveway, and the other entrance to the parking lot is on the side of the building but, is a one way going in the wrong direction, so it would be very difficult to access the parking lot without legitimately going 3/4 of a mile out of the way.

Please don't waste your time or hard earned money here. There are much better places in town that deserve...

the one thing good is their Pizza Now ALL the BAD ! They sent me the wrong kind of soda and i had company. well they took the wrong soda and it’s been 24hours still waiting for my soda. i been on hold for 45min FOR my bottle of soda i paid for . i even said just bring me the soda i live up the street if u think taking off my charge is hard. well i am ready to hang up and call my credit card company up and stock payment for the whole thing. The guy actually got mad because I wouldn’t take an except the wrong soda. To be honest, I would’ve but it wasn’t for me.. But I’m glad cause I would’ve went there again and ordered but let me tell you. I will tell Mass about how bad Service is.there. how ignorant and rude they were. And for just a bottle of soda a bottle of soda. they won’t get back to me on. Imagine if it was a real male a full meal I will never never go there again never my friends will never go there again. My children will never go there again. My neighbors will never go there again. they should’ve never brushed me off because customers don’t need them customers. This place just opened and I was excited. I would thing that they would put a lot of effort into retaining customers but no. The first time I ordered here the food was not as tasty as I’m used to with Papa John’s restaurant. But I left it as the employees must be new and it will get better. But the second time I ordered it was worst. I ordered the cheese sticks and they gave me a small burnt pizza. There were barely any customers because I ordered it for a noon lunch. The small cheese is one thing but it being burnt makes no sense at all. It wasn’t busy, why didn’t hey just remade on for me? Do they not want to retain customers? First time same on me, second time same on you. They’re not getting a third order from me. Smh

I gave 4 star for service because the first guy I met there was really cool and helpful. Hopefully this review gets them to work...
