This review is for 2024 with the moat recent. Prior years higher # stars. But not no more. The service use to be good. The food was much better. Then it declined to the point I stopped going there. Today I decided to try it. I called order in to a Cecilia. Who appeared not knowledgeable about things. During half of my order. She put me on hold to take other customers orders. My hub picked up order. I took one bite out of my bowl..and had to run to get water. My mouth was on fire and bottom lip. Thank God a child didn't get that bowl . I called Chronic Tacos in Rialto i spoke to Cecilia. I asked her if anything is spicy in that bowl. She said no. I asked her if black beans spicy. She said they are cooked with chilis. I explained what had happen. And reminded her I had asked if anything is spicy that i picked for my bowl. As I can't eat. She said no just hot sauce . I asked to talk to a manager she asked if I could call back in a few minutes that he stepped out. Then she told me to hang on. Put me on a 6 min hold and a male answered.. I asked him if he was the manager he said no there was no manager here. I asked him if GM can reach out he said none. SO i asked him If there was anything that could have been spicy in the food she said that there was Chili's in the black beans. He said yeah and all are beans we cook with chilies I said what kind of Chili's he said red. I asked him were the pico de gallo spicy he said they're about medium. He never once said I am sorry do you want me to remake the bowl nothing.. I explained my mouth and lip was still burning. Again no apology no offer to remake bowl. Instead he said I got go I have customers waiting. I said I'm a customer And he hung up. WOW! So we called back 30 min later Cecilia said she's not allowed to give the other employees name Rico. He said I told you the beans were cooked with red chilies I said and you also hung up on me know I put you on hold right because you got another customers forget about this customer that is burned on her mouth on the outside and the inside you never apologized you never offered to make another Bowl . I asked you who the GM is when they would be there you didn't answer me you said you don't know he said she should be here tomorrow I said you need to let her know what happened cuz that's not cool luckily it wasn't a child. I said perhaps you did it deliberately. Thats why lack of concern. He said no but i have serviced you before. I said you havent serviced us in long time. As we stopped coming there. I even wrote a review about the poor service there. So now that he admits he recognizes us. Perhaps the hot chili was added to bowl. After all my phone number that I use to call in the order was The Identical one that I've used before in the past . Anyway he ended the call by saying the manager should be there tomorrow and hung up without saying goodbye he's just making the situation worse and if the manager doesn't do something this time then I would advise others just stay away I take it very serious when people prepare your food that they care about the public and keep everything clean and safe. From the Past Times I went to visit there or attempted to go and I got employees that treated you disrespectfully or couldn't answer a question as ignorant or lied to customer. etcetera like what happened today. So I stopped going. But gave Chronic Tacos out of Rialto another chance. AND THEY FAILED! I got bad pain in my stomach. And threw my bowl in the trash. NEVER AGAIN! If there is a GM or owner that gives a rats butt about their customer's. Then you need to look into your incompetent help. Perhaps someone put to many Chili's in beans. Or they slipped a red hot chili in my bowl. All I know is I'm blasting my social media with the horrible experience i encountered from Chronic Taco in Rialto. There are so many other places a person could spend their hard-earned money out. Like for one Cafe Rio they have bowls. And fresh cooked tortios meat ect. They are ten min...
Read moreAbsolutely fantastic! We had the deluxe taco bar catering for my mothers life celebration for 50 people. They arrived on time and set it all up. We had the service and ate. Food was hot and delicious! My mothers service was Absolutely perfect and honoring, I could not have achieved this as stress free as I did without chronic tacos. We came to pay the week before and they gave my kids free fries and samples of the drinks, they threw in some bonuses for my event. The customer service was superb, I remember how the lady spoke to me and called me friend and it was legit, she handled it all professionally but I felt cared for like a friend. Definitely our next go to and I wanna add I tried to get a taco cart and all this other stuff and no one even responded but chronic tacos came threw for us and it was honestly better than anywhere else. Read moreThis place use to have good service . But the last several times not good. Lack of help. Slow employee. Lack of a brain. Even rude. The last three times called to check time open till. They always say different times than online. Sunday Says 8 pm open. But employees say 6 pm. Saturday says online 10 pm but employee said 9 pm They are rude and lazy in helping customers. And obviously either Lack knowledge or management is not over seeing their help. And whoever puts time online is messing up. So we decided to not go to chronic taco in Rialto the last 4 times. Due to the reasons I mentioned in my concerns above. These employee are getting a raise to 20 $ an hour. I suggest hire help that doesn't chase customers away. You ask what I suggest om food it's not food to suggest it's change...
