This review is for the mattress ( Tempur-pedic manufacturer)..... I had issues with the mattress we purchased... Tempur-pedic mattress " guarantees" to replace if the mattress is factory defective within 3 years. It was only 11 months before we started to see it was defective Mind you my mom is only 5'2 160lbs. 83 years old. She never sits on her bed and will only get on her bed to sleep. The mattress sunk in on different parts told that to the Customer service representative from Tempur-pedic mattress... He was unprofessional and made rude comments and simply didn't care .Just letting you guys know that this manufacturer will NOT replace your mattress. I know next time NEVER TO BUY this brand. FOR THE STORE I GIVE IT 5 STARS I did a search on Google to find the nearest mattress place and this one showed up. Then I checked the reviews and found great reviews. Drove my mom there and as soon as we arrived we were greeted by Kristina, with a warm smile. She then proceeded to ask what type of mattress we were looking for, and I told her it was for my mom. Kristina took the time to show us some mattresses that would be great for my mom. Her knowledge about each mattress was very impressive and she was very patient too. Absolutely amazing I had bought a mattress about 3 years prior and had a terrible experience from a matress firm employee that i was told was let go because of other bad experiences and complaints . Now Sarah gave me the a amazing experience wasnt rushed or pushed into buying extra stuff. I explained to her I had sciatic nerve issues so I needed to get a firmer mattress so she went over a bunch of different mattresses and what the benefits were and she showed me a few that she thought that would help and I would like so lay around for a while until I figured it was going to be between two when was $1,000 more but she explained to me the differences and I felt the difference and that was something that I really needed so I ended up taking them more expensive one. Was 1000% better And honestly I was just going to go there to try out a bunch mattresses and it's that same old employee was there no matter what they said I was going to go to a different Mattress Firm and buy it there it was not going to deal with him again but I know that Rialto Mattress Firm is a big store and has a lot of mattresses to choose from and try out which is what I needed so thank you Sarah I appreciate your time and...

This is the nearest physical location to me. I purchased a mattress online and was pleasantly surprised at the virtual sales rep that assisted me. He was very patient and informative. The reason I went through with the sale was because I was given information that both my mattress and base would be delivered on the same day, the day before my move. Perfect! How hard can it be to confirm stock/inventory, right? A day before it's set to arrive, I receive a call form the warehouse that the base is not available and would be delivered about 2 weeks than the date originally set for. It's not the warehouse's fault so OK.

I tried to reach out to Mattress Firm via online chat - no help. I call the 877- no help. I reach out to them via messenger - no help. I finally send a message via their website and receive an automate message that I would receive a response within 24 hours. That time frame was not honored and when I did receive a response, totally dismissed my frustration, not even an apology or explanation.
