Went to the drive thru tonight for a three entree plate, was told to hold on a minute and i politely replied "take your time", ...... that apparently was my first mistake. After about 3-4 minutes, girl asks what id like to order, as i proceed to tell her id like a three entree plate with all chowmein, her response was " would you like chowmein or rice" i repeated my order of chowmein, and then as i ordered two of the three items, i was told to "hold on" mid order. I then waited aboit 2-3 minutes, and a different girl then asked me what i wanted again. I repeated my order, again and finished with "that will be all". Girl replied "well if thats all, pull up". Irritated at this point but not yet mad, i finally got to the window, and asked what my total was, the girl responded..."what did you order again, so for the third time i reapeated my order in clear detail. The girl then rolled her eyes at me and walked away and another female worker approached the window, and asked me for a fourth time what i ordered....i now asked to speak with the manager clearly being quite upset. Now here "Liz" the manager enters the story, when she came to the window i explained what had happened, and she responded " ill see what i can do" "what did you order" so i told her with a bit of irritation stating this would be my fifth time repeating my order, and i still have not been told my total, she then rolled her eyes at me and got an attitude and asked if the shrimp i ordered was honey walnut or spicy, with quite a smirk on her face as if she was intentionally trying to irritate me further. She then walked away and i waited for 5-6 maybe 7 minutes i then just drove off not even wanting the food anymore. This establishment has never been uphill so i cant say it went downhill, ever since Liz has been manager of this place, its nothing but constant attitude and horribly trained employee's. Sad to say with the new wage increase, the owner will lose business more and more until this is resolved, either retrain Liz or find someone who'll treat the consumer with respect and appreciation. Tonight was my last visit to...
Read moreWhat a NOT so pleasant experience. Today I went to this location because I was visiting the area and seen all the stores and activities around and thinking oh panda looks good letâs go. I went inside the location and stood for a minute until LIZ(The Manager) came to take our order. My family member was a bit confused about the plate options. Liz started out ok then started to get an attitude. Some items my family ordered had to be made so we had to wait. Liz proceeded to make my plate with chow mein and then just left it sitting there for about 10-15 minutes. When the other items were ready my chow mein was already cold in the box but I didnât complain. Fresh orange chicken came out but she tried to give me the last scoop in the old pan. I asked Liz can I get fresh orange chicken that just came out since we had to wait. She started getting angry but with a fake smile and gave me my order in a rude way by just pushing it aggressively. I said thank you and no response back. I asked was she ok because I didnât do anything to her. She said yes with a fake smile. Panda please train your employees more on customer service and if orders have items that have to be cooked just wait for everything to be available then start making the plates. I will not recommend this location to anyone. Spend your money where you get treated right. I did fill out a survey and expressed my experience as well. LIZ was the manager and acted completely...
Read moreI have to say, I was taken aback by the negative buzz surrounding this Panda Express in Rialto. My wife and I decided to give it a try last Wednesday, and we were pleasantly surprised by our experience. Upon walking in, we found the restaurant to be moderately clean and inviting - definitely not the chaotic atmosphere that some reviews suggested!
The ambiance was actually quite decent; it had a relaxed vibe that made it perfect for enjoying dinner. What truly stood out was the service. Right from the get-go, the staff greeted us warmly and attended to our needs promptly.
The food was fresh, warm, and absolutely delicious! We ordered a variety of dishes (Chow Mein, Fried Rice, Kung Pao Chicken, Beijing Beef, Mushroom Chicken, and String Bean Chicken Breast), and each one was executed perfectly - packed with flavor and cooked just right. I think people often forget how consistent and tasty Panda Express can be, and itâs easy to see that the Rialto location takes that to heart. Plus, the prices are right in line with what youâd expect from any other Panda Express, so it was a win-win!
In our experience, everything was on point, from the service to the food quality. Honestly, we walked out with happy bellies and no complaints to whatsoever. We left with a positive impression and are looking forward to...
