Worst Ross I have ever shopped at!!!! I wish I could give negative stars and a middle finger. My husband and I went shopping here for the 1st time on December 2nd 2023 spending over 400$ Christmas shopping g for our children. We stopped in today to return a speaker that we didn't like especially for the amount of money spent on it. The line was wrapped around the store so we were looking at men's jackets trying to buy something warm for a friend in an unfortunate situation, out of no where we are approached by 2 police officers who inform us that the store called to report us as return offenders who have stollen from the store before and that we have to leave everything and can't . my husband and I were on different rows but both of us responded that we only shopped once and never stole anything and we want to see footage of this since they are picking us out on false accusations and we have the receipt with several hundred dollars spent on that visit. Of course cops say they can't offer us that and being to push us towards the door. I couldn't help but laugh for the pathetic lies especially when My husband and I make plenty of money and we have children to go home to so were not out stealing and we never spend less than 200-300 dollars anytime we shop in a Ross store. I would return to this store which is cluttered beyond belief clothes are covering the floors. There are to many people and not enough room and every isle your stepping over the merchandise the employees disregard and are to lazy to clean up because they would rather be chatting and standing around. Best store to shop at if your looking to fall and sue them because they sure couldn't argue that complaint because its every row ever few feet an obstacle to work a cart over and manage to get thru yourself. The fact the choose to call police with false accusations and have zero care that they are incorrect and are profiling and refuse to deliver the proof behind there accusations but choose to kick us out of the store and ban us they are jokes. They could have stopped us and talked to us but I have never been treated so poorly for nothing and these people should be ashamed. You should do your job better and actually attend to the criminals. I will be making as many complaints about this store and I will be contacting my Attorney so they can realize...
Read moreRoss Dress for Less on Renaissance Pkwy in Rialto offers the Ross experience you're familiar with: a hunt for brand names at discounted prices. If you're willing, you can get some fantastic bargains, but it's definitely not a spot for an easy or quick shopping trip.
The best part about this store is definitely the price. You can typically get known brands for a fraction of the cost of department stores or even other discount centers. If you're patient and persistent, you can get some excellent deals on clothing, shoes, handbags, and home decor. They carry a wide selection of items, from clothing for the whole family to shoes, accessories, and home decor. This is a one-stop shop for budget consumers who desire a little bit of everything. The Renaissance Pkwy branch is centrally located in general, with sufficient parking.
But the organization is the worst feature of this store. Prepare to dig through racks and shelves. The store is usually sloppy, with sizes and styles mixed up, so it's takes time to find what you want. It's a matter of chance to get what you're looking for. You might have a great day and find just what you're seeking, or return home with nothing. Merchandise is updated frequently, so it's best to check back regularly if you're looking for something in specific. The fitting rooms are always crowded, so expect to have to wait to use the fitting rooms, particularly during peak hours. Customer service is also on a whim. While there are some friendly staff, others may seem less responsive.
Overall, the Ross Dress for Less on Renaissance Pkwy in Rialto is an average Ross store. It's a decent place to find deals if you have the time and patience to dig through the goods. Take a list, be patient, and don't expect a perfectly organized buying experience. If you're looking for instant gratification or a neatly picked-over selection, this probably...
Read moreIt’s unfortunate but I have to speak up on the lack of customer service that was provided on the last visits we had .
I tried to purchase a pair a Levi’s that had blank tag on them the back of the tag said Ross but the front where the price would be was blank . I proceeded to the registers and PAMELA ( store manager ) looked up a price on the computer and picked the price she wanted . After she said the Levi’s would be 26.99 I agreed but asked for a tag in order to return if needed or to simply prove I purchased them at Ross she said she couldn’t give me a tag . Seemed strange as I would need one to be able to return them.
I then asked if I don’t purchase them now , wouldn’t you put a tag with price to put back on the floor for sale . She said “NO” I asked why and she said because we can just look up the price .
She seemed very nasty with her attitude for no reason I just wanted a tag to prove I purchased them at the price she had picked .
I told her I would love to buy the Levi’s but I need a tag on them she said well I can’t ! So the sale was in the trash at that point .
Her lack of customer service made the company lose a sale. Might be insignificant to Ross but imagine how many other customer she treats like this. Shame on you PAMELA store manager as...
