When my fiancée and I noticed there was a new coffee shop in Renaissance Marketplace, we were definitely excited to try it out. The name sounded familiar, but neither of us had been to the franchise before.

The shop is small and relatively clean. They have seating both inside and outside, for when weather permits. Their menu options are certainly different than most other coffee shops, which is both a pro and a con for me, personally. On one hand, it's nice to have somewhere to get boba (bubble tea) in Rialto so close. On the other, however, it seems a little overwhelming and chaotic for one place to offer coffee, milkshakes, smoothies, and boba. But maybe that's just me.

Something we did notice was that they seem to keep their teas for the boba out in those containers you usually see juices in--the ones that constantly circulate the liquid. It caught us a little off-guard as we've never seen that elsewhere, and maybe worried us just a tad for the fate of the milk teas. (Even if they are kept chilled, it's a little unnerving for dairy to be kept out.)

Both of ordered Frappanutzz, a variant of Starbucks' Frappuchinos. I got a medium Caramel and my fiancée a Chocolate Chip. Both tasted more like flavored milkshakes than anything, with any sort of coffee taste lost or missing completely. Disappointing, considering that is what we expected. Especially when it's no cheaper than Starbucks. Our stomachs were also dissatisfied, as the drinks did not settle well with our stomachs. While kind of expected with any dairy/coffee beverage, the reaction was way worse than normal. It was not a fun time in the least.

While we do plan to try the boba, we will stick to our usual...

I’ll start by saying I’m not someone who usually leaves reviews, good or bad. Today though, I was disappointed in this place. I had been here awhile back and enjoyed the coffee and breakfast. So I decided to come back today, 6/4/25 around 1:30pm. I needed to get some work done and grab a bite to eat and thought I should go hear vs. a Starbucks. Unfortunately, when I walked in, one of the workers with a headset on was with some guy at the tables that looked to maybe be her boyfriend. Not sure. Okay, whatever. I ordered my food and a coffee and it came quickly. Food was decent. The issue was, there were 3 different girls working and they were so loud talking with each other, laughing, cursing, and mingling with the guy I saw when I walked in (maybe he works there too since he was behind the counter when I left), that I had to leave because it was too loud. You can definitely tell they were young and immature. It’s fine, I get it. It’s a coffee house, not some super professional job. But, as a customer, that’s not the environment I want to go to at a coffee house. So, I ended packing up my stuff and heading to Starbucks to finish my work. I won’t be coming back here again, which sucks, because I was hoping to find a good place outside...

I’m a regular customer their products are good and the manager is a great person however I think they should really work on their drive thru sound system is always the same story that they are having difficulties taking the order. Today it was the worst the lady kept repeating the wrong order (as if she wasn’t paying attention) then she mentioned is hard to understand which is really frustrating for both ends. After she took the order the lady front the dispatch window (blonde lady with a sarcastic customer service) repeated the order and then still gave us the wrong order after waiting in line for a while… we told her there was a mistake which she admitted and fixed but said “next time don’t be disrespectful with my co workers” turned her back on us and close the window” I hope they have a recording system so they can check there was no disrespect at all from our end after all the time and misunderstanding in our order. I know you can be having a bad day but you cannot treat customers like that. Please I hope management takes actions and provide better training and tools so employees can deliver a better customer service.

Date 5/16/21 Server Jazmine...

It was honestly one of the best sandwiches I've ever had it was a spicy chicken torta and it had jalapenos on it, it just made it a teeny bit too spicy for me with the jalapenos however somebody who's spice level is like a little kicked up it would have been perfect. Also had their raspberry square warmed up and it was like heaven especially on a cold day it was like the most perfect thing ever. I just can imagine it with coffee being exquisite. I just got a soda since I had a sandwich and chips but that square maybe like a chocolate latte or a vanilla latte would be decadent 100 starts little quick update cuz I went twice in a row and got the same thing just with a vanilla hot coffee. I asked for the spicy mayonnaise on the side just for them to make it plain and ask for the jalapenos on the side that's literally the only way to do it and just kind of dip it or add the spicy mayonnaise like you want because it's super spicy🔥🔥🔥🔥🤞🏽👌🏽🤗

Saw this place for the first time today when I was across the freeway online looking for somewhere to eat something. Immediately I knew I had to try the food and coffee. This place has officially become my number 1 go to spot in Rialto. I ordered their croissant, egg, spinach, onion, cheese, turkey, and spicy mayo sandwich, not only did it look amazing but the flavors were spot on. The crispy crunch of the croissant when put into the press and the flavor of the turkey marrying very well with the spicy mayo and onion. I had to stop for a second and really think about how wonderful it tasted. I also ordered their iced mocha drink and the coffee they put into is so bold and beautiful in flavor that the mocha part of the drink pairs so perfectly together. Everyone there was so cheery and pleasant. I will definitely be coming back here to try everything else when I can. Thank Coffee Nutzz!

I viewed the menu online before I got there to order. The Piña Colada smoothie that I wanted was discontinued! so I made a back up decision. I ordered the Strawberries and Cream ice cream in the waffle cone but they had accidentally made me a smoothie. I wasn't upset. they were confused (by my original choice, I suppose) and didn't charge me the difference so that was nice. It didn't have a many strawberries as the picture so that was a little disappointing. I ended up coming back after a movie and dinner at September's to get a milk tea + Thai tea for my friend. The drinks were good. This place was overall, alright. I'd come back if I was in the area but it was a little disappointing. They do have a lot of choices on their menu so maybe another visit will redeem them.
