One of my favorite stores to shop at! I always find great things that you would normally see at sprouts, Whole Foods, etc., but for a lower price here! (: It’s a kind of store that you have to go often to see what new, cool things they got in. Also, it’s an outlet store for groceries, so the stuff may be closer to expiration than normal grocers so definitely check the dates and decide if you’ll be able to finish the food by then (: Great store, the only thing is that sometimes their price stickers, specifically the new markdown ones, don’t always scan at the register correctly. Make sure to keep an eye out on the price of items when at register. I didn’t notice cuz I was bagging my groceries at the same time, but I did notice on my receipt when I got home. At grocery outlet, every dollar matters! Nonetheless, great place to shop (:

Update: The incorrect price scan happened again except this time I didn’t notice til I got home. The mango lassi was labeled as $2.99, but I was charged 4.99. I really wish they would double check the labeled prices or update the prices in the system. I really like coming here to save money, but it makes it hard to budget when items aren’t the prices they say :/

Quick update: I think I’m gonna stop coming to this particular grocery outlet and try a different location. It happened again where I bought a product and I was charged different from the shelf-tag price :/ I got tinned fish labeled as seventy something cents so I grabbed a few. They rung up as 1.29 each…. Grocery Outlet is a blessing to anyone looking to save money on groceries. Having one so close to our new home in Rialto is a big plus! They have a great selection of name-brand groceries, and you can always find some great surprise items like gifts and toys - all at significantly lower prices than the standard supermarkets. This makes it a perfect place for bargain hunters or for anyone who enjoys the thrill of snagging a bargain.

Yet my initial impression of this particular store is a bit lukewarm. While I'm excited at the potential savings, the store could seriously benefit from a good cleaning. The entire environment was just a little dirty, and a clean store goes a long way in making shopping that much more pleasant.

The greatest thing about Grocery Outlet is the impossible deals you can find on name-brand products. You never know what you'll find – groceries, gifts, toys, and more! Additionally, for the residents of Rialto, it's a huge plus to have a Grocery Outlet in the community. With that being said, the store desperately needs some cleaning and overall upkeep. Customer service is also iffy. There are a few friendly people but others are less attentive.

Rialto Grocery Outlet can be a great bargain grocery gem. Prices and the unexpected variety are certainly an attraction. That being said, a little cleanliness would go a long way toward making shopping there a more pleasant experience. Perhaps management will take notice and do something about it so everyone can enjoy the deals in a cleaner...

I went in today for Organic frozen Cherries unfortunately they were out. When I went up front to purchase the rest of my items I asked the cashier did they have any more she kindly said no but called a manager for me to see if they will be getting some in. Kristie (one of the mangers) came up I asked her when or if they would be getting any more in because sometimes you will find something there & don't see it again. She took my number down confirmed the item I was looking for. She did say they have to see if it was something on their list and she would give me a call. Within those 2hrs she kept her word gave me a call back I missed her call my VM wasn't set up so she sent over a text said they will be ordering it & the expected date it would be there. I suggest if it's something you forsure seen before at the store just speak to a manager they can possibly order it 😊. So greatful the staff going...
