The main play stucture is big but not as big as I expected. The toddler/infant area is on the small side and space is tight in the seating area. There is a darkish room with lights and music for dancing (my toddler loved it). The motorcycles weren't working and the course is really small. There is no arcade.
When you walk in, there is a hand sanitizer dispenser on a wall (you can almost miss it) and two kiosks for waiver signing if not done ahead of time on another. If you forgot your mask, they have some for sale for $1. Someone at the counter checks you in, charges you and gives you a tote for your shoes to be placed and taken with you as only socks are allowed (and required) to enter into the rest of the area. Children are anyone under 18.There are small lockers available and no outside food or drinks are allowed, although a couple of families had both. Re-entry is smooth going if you need something from your car or wish to step out for food or any reason. There are a few items for sale, such as $1.50 bottled water, $3.50 Gatorade, $1.75 snack size Cheetos. I saw drinks, candy, chips, ice cream, applesauce and fruit cups. They also sell a snack pack for just under $6 that consists of a pb&j, juice box and snack (there may be one more item, i don't fully recall). They also sell gallons of water, apple juice and 2 liter sodas for nearly $4; small cups are available. I only saw four hand sanitizer dispensers on the main floor and none are at a young child's reach. They are located on the pillars in the seating area. We left when it was a little too full for my children's enjoyment and my peace of mind. Several visitors, children and adults, did not have on masks. No one reminded them masks and social distancing are required. The restrooms were clean at the beginning but not so much a few hours later and in four hours I saw no one cleaning or disinfecting. I did spot one employee sliding down the slide with a spray bottle and rag on hand. All in all, it's not a bad place to visit and the entry prices aren't bad for a possible...
Read moreI would give zero stars if I could. I brought my family to what I thought was a safe and clean environment. I was completely wrong. There was throw up in the play pen, the restroom was flooded and spilling onto the floor, there was no social distancing whatsoever, no temperature checks upon entry or mandatory sanitary station, multiple children not being supervised especially in the little car zone. People's kids were being hit by the other kids in cars and when their token would run out they would sit and wait for someone to bring them another token or push other kids off theirs that still had time. I went to bring these issues to the staff and then when things were not being handled in a professional manner. I tried to bring up up to management. I brought up that I, not my family had a pleasant experience and wanted to simply exchange our tokens that we purchased assuming there would be an arcade, but was only for a cars that were not being supervised. I had 22 coins left that went to waste. There was no signs for exchanges or refunds and management even said there is no sign, but a rule, that wasn't posted. I wanted to give this place a chance and the benefit of the doubt even though it has a 3 star rating. I will not be returning and really hope that this establishment cares more about their customers and not just a price tags. Also, speaking of tags, last time there were wrist bands that are numbered and color-coded associated with each party...this was not apparent this time around. So as a parent speaking for other parents, I do not find this place safe and would rather take my business to somewhere else that will take my family's health into consideration during...
Read moreThis place is awesome! Before I tell you the negative, let’s start with what works. Check in is quick and easy, they give you baskets for your shoes and there are free easy to use lockers for your belongings, you can even leave and come back as much as you want with no additional charge. The equipment is awesome and there is an area for smaller children. There are also token-run motorcycles for the kids which I had never seen before, so cool! Now let’s dive into the negative, we came on a Saturday so it’s fairly busy. The staff is incredible but, there was not enough! We saw two staff and both we’re working the front counter which then makes this place the Wild West! There are zero staff on the play floor to enforce rules and maintain order. It was so bad at one point I asked a staff member to please come out and enforce the rules as posted in the motorcycle area, she couldn’t, she was too busy working the counter. I’m seeing kids climbing the outer edges of the play equipment, kids climbing up the wrong way of a busy slide, and children far too young getting stuck in fear at the top level of the equipment with no parent in sight! The hand sanitizer stations are empty, no one is enforcing masks even though they are required, and no one is cleaning anything! I would imagine by law that for a place this size, there would be so many staff required on the play floor to enforce order. So, if you come, it’s awesome! But keep your eyes on your kids at all times! The adult parents are just as bad as some...
