I'm kinda appalled...the laziness and the ignoring is just off the charts here. I just wanted something to drink just to make it easy for your laziness. I stood in front of register waiting a little over a minute ...while you continued to work your slicer cutting meats and ignoring me. You finally said "when your ready to order let me know" Shouldn't that be the other way around? Yes I didn't want to bother you because those SLICERS are deadly so I waited another minute maybe you will be done... then you ask me are you READY yet? " I just want a small 🥤 soda" Then she says " Oh " and tells the boy leaning inside the wall " Can you get that? He starts putting on gloves that took a while for him to find then put on. He then walks back to talk to her again he seems confused " excuse me ...how long do I have to wait for a small drink" Then he argues with me about the different sizes or water cups or is this to go... when I initially made it EASY for that request of a small drink. He proceeded to pick up and show me a water cup and and a large drink ...I turn around and left BUT WAIT...THIS GETS BETTER! Well first I ordered online using postmates. I was picking it up myself. I sat and waited out the store for about 15min. I received a text stating my order was ready and just let them know it is a pickup via postmates. It was not ready beause the younge lady behind the counter said the ticket didn't print out. Thats all she said and all I could see is her trying to get it worked on I guess. So I said I will have a seat in here. I patiently waited another 15 min to be called and notice the people being served were all new people who came in. So I went to the counter and waited for someone, the same young lady came to the counter waiting on someone else. She finished ringing them up and looked at me and went to look at some orderes. She brought mind to counter. She said nothing until I asked why didn't she let me earlier since it's been ready. She just said she (her coworker) didn't tell her it was done. REALLY REALLY I very disappointed. So I get home and the two sandwiches was just ok, it was not what I ordered and paid for Go Figure!!!! One star is because my husband ate his sandwich. Im a huge fan of Jersey Mike's Subs. But this is the last time I will ever go to any Jersey Mike's. The services from the manager Summer was horrible. She does not have no customer service. Sorry for the co workers who where working with her they are great.

I went in at 10:30am today order 5 subs meals total over $67.00. I was trying to pay with a $50.00dollar bill and a $20.00 dollar bill. She did not want to accept it. Her response was because they been rob many times and can't accept any bill over 20. Her explanation does not make any sense because giving 20 or 50 it's the same. I understand if I go in trying to by 1 sub with a 50bill or larger but my bill was over $50.00. This does not make no sense when you are spending over $50.00.
