Wendy's — Restaurant in Rialto

The girl who took my order was very polite and welcoming, which is why I'm giving this place 2 stars. However, I ordered my CHEESE burger with extra cheese. This was indicated on the receipt meaning the girl did precisely what she was supposed to do. When I received my burger, not only was there no extra cheese, there was no cheese at all. I, of course, took it back and upon receiving it back found that the person making it in the back (who was wearing a managers uniform btw) opted to just add 3 cold ass slices of cheese to my, already cold because of the mixup, burger. I was pressed for time, so didn't even bother with it any longer but mustered through the disgusting thing anyway. Terrible move on his part. I love Wendy's, but this location, or that manager rather, obviously doesn't mind dishing out...

We get in the drive-through finally get to the order window the girl cannot hear anything we can’t hear anything and then when I was placing my order she would just question what I’m ordering making the entire process confusing I think she confused herself so I told her you know what I’m just gonna go inside I’ll place my order inside I come in I stand there no one greets me the entire time everyone’s working drive-through no one acknowledged me whatsoever there’s no line inside door Dash order comes in they ask her for the name she repeats the name about 34 times and they still keep saying it wrong how do you get Camila from Fernando and even after speaking with door Dash they still never acknowledged me got tired of waiting and walked out get your stuff together need...

We were rushed when the store was empty. It was very uncomfortable and they got our order wrong. My husband asked for ranch for our whole order, never once mentioned BBQ. We got to the window and when we got our food there was bbq in there. When we asked for extra sauce we were told it would be 25cent each. There was no sign for such a charge!!? Is this a real thing?! The customer service and the constant rushing from employees is very unprofessional. The timer that corporate pushes on it's employees has nothing but negative effects. This Wendy's we experienced the worse service. We drove 10 minutes off the freeway just to go to Wendy's. What a...
