I'm not one to normally bring up race or leave bad reviews, but there was an issue at this location. My first (and last) time here, there was a bit of a line. About 2-3 people in front of me and a similar amount behind me. The guy in front of me ordered chow/lo-mein but since it wasn't made nor had they started on it yet, so he got something else and joked with us about having to wait all-night if he had ordered it. We (my wife and I) ordered the lo-mein with 2 2-entree plates. While waiting, a woman behind us in line ordered 5 of the party platters (the bigger dishes). Keep in mind she was behind us in line. The cashier took her order and the next person in line, started to fill her party dishes (though he hadn't started on anyone else's order yet), and then offered the lady a complimentary drink and apologized to her for the wait. Not a single other person in the entire line in front of nor behind me was extended that courtesy. The other thing that bothered me was that he topped off one of her dishes with an entree I already ordered, so we needed to wait for that 'and' the lo-mein to be made again. Needless to say, she came in after us, and left before us. Judging by the look on others faces, we weren't the only ones who noticed this that night (about 3 weeks ago from today). I normally don't leave negative reviews unless something horrid happens, but this still bothers me today. Read moreWhere do I begin?… hmmm well first this is my third Panda Express I’ve came to in the south suburbs and by far the WORST ! Food is not prepared properly, the teriyaki chicken is rubbery and dry. The lines are so long it’s beyond crazy! I see all the employees working except for one the MANAGER! With the dread locs I believe her name is cami or something in that nature.How do I know it’s the manager ? Well because. I have knowledge to know that only mangers have complete access to the computers! In which she has been on all the four times i have been there ! Also she will not help at all when the store is beyond packed. There are also a lot of code violations . I was beyond disappointed the store is in a good area with a lot of traffic but the store is not ran properly . When I return to California I will be having a personal conversation with Mr.Cherng or Mr.Baier in regards to this location as well the management. I also contacted matteson code enforcement last week but will be contacting again . My other concern is the prices! This store prices aren’t in code with pandas pricing with other locations. Read moreI know you are saying three stars!! Well it was not the food, that part of my review was excellent. I encourage anyone to go to this location for good tasting food. I only go to this location, Mokena, and Country Club Hills. But the service gets three stars from me!!I should never have to come to an establishment and some of your workers act like they don't want to be there or they are moving too slow. This one young lady was in the lobby having a whole conversation with a person when she was suppose to be working! Line was backing up and her coworkers were left trying to do her job, while she have a conversation with a boy in the lobby. Then the manager see it and address it and she says I am working. But instead of helping out the one girl that is trying to do register and wait on over 5 people, this girl goes and get a rag to wipe tables so she can continue to talk!
